Daily Inflation Reference definition

Daily Inflation Reference means, in respect of any date, the value of the Index for such date as determined by the Calculation Agent on the relevant Index Determination Date in accordance with the provisions for the calculation of the Daily Inflation Reference as set out in paragraph 3 below and appearing on Reuters page "OATEI01" or on Bloomberg page "TRES3" or such replacement page as selected by the Calculation Agent;
Daily Inflation Reference means (A) in relation to the first day of any given month (M), the CPI Monthly Reference Index of the third month preceding such month, and (B) in relation to a day (D) (other than the first day) in any given month, the linear interpolation of the CPI Monthly Reference Index pertaining respectively to the third month preceding such month (M-3) and the second month preceding such month (M-2) calculated in accordance with the following formula:

  • Reset Reference Rate means, in relation to a Reset Determination Date and subject to Condition 5(b)(iii) and Condition 5(c)(v), if applicable:

  • Underlying Reference Value means, in respect of an Underlying Reference and a SPS Valuation Date, (i) the Underlying Reference Closing Price Value for such Underlying Reference in respect of such SPS Valuation Date (ii) divided by the relevant Underlying Reference Strike Price.

  • €STR Reference Rate means, in respect of any TARGET Business Day, a reference rate equal to the daily Euro Short-Term Rate ("€STR") for such TARGET Business Day as provided by the European Central Bank, as administrator of such rate (or any successor administrator of such rate), on the website of the European Central Bank initially at http://www.ecb.europa.eu, or any successor website officially designated by the European Central Bank (the "ECB's Website") (in each case, at the time specified by, or determined in accordance with, the applicable methodology, policies or guidelines on the TARGET Business Day immediately following such TARGET Business Day).

  • Final Reference Price means an amount (which shall be deemed to be a monetary value in the Underlying Currency) equal to the level of the Index at the Valuation Time on the Valuation Date or the Issuer Call Date, as the case may be, as determined by or on behalf of the Calculation Agent without regard to any subsequently published correction or (if, in the determination of the Calculation Agent, no such level can be determined and no Market Disruption Event has occurred and is continuing) an amount determined by the Calculation Agent as its good faith estimate of the level of the Index on such date having regard to the then prevailing market conditions, the last reported trading price of the Shares and such other factors as the Calculation Agent determines relevant;

  • Term SOFR Reference Rate means the forward-looking term rate based on SOFR.

  • Nodal Reference Price at each location shall mean the 97th percentile price differential between day-ahead and real-time prices experienced over the corresponding two-month reference period in the prior calendar year. Reference periods will be Jan-Feb, Mar-Apr, May- Jun, Jul-Aug, Sept-Oct, Nov-Dec. For any given current-year month, the reference period months will be the set of two months in the prior calendar year that include the month corresponding to the current month. For example, July and August 2003 would each use July- August 2002 as their reference period.

  • Inflation rate means that term as defined in section 34d.

  • Final Reference Pricei means the official closing price of the Underlyingi on the Determination Date;

  • Underlying Reference means as set out in §26(a) above.

  • Performance References has the meaning set forth for such term in the definition of Derivative Instrument.

  • Trade Reference means a reference concerning the creditworthiness of the Bidder given by another business that extends credit to the Bidder, such as a supplier.

  • Adjusted Term SOFR Rate means, for any Interest Period, an interest rate per annum equal to (a) the Term SOFR Rate for such Interest Period, plus (b) 0.10%; provided that if the Adjusted Term SOFR Rate as so determined would be less than the Floor, such rate shall be deemed to be equal to the Floor for the purposes of this Agreement.

  • Adjusted Daily Simple SOFR means an interest rate per annum equal to (a) the Daily Simple SOFR, plus (b) 0.10%; provided that if the Adjusted Daily Simple SOFR as so determined would be less than the Floor, such rate shall be deemed to be equal to the Floor for the purposes of this Agreement.

  • Capitation rate means the fee the department pays monthly to an HMO for each enrolled recipient for the provision of covered medical and health services whether or not the enrolled recipient received services during the month for which the fee is intended.

  • Reset Reference Bank Rate means, in relation to a Reset Period and the Reset Determination Date in relation to such Reset Period, the percentage rate determined on the basis of the 5-year Mid-Swap Rate Quotations provided by the Reset Reference Banks to the Agent Bank at approximately 12:00 p.m. (London time) on such Reset Determination Date. If at least three quotations are provided, the Reset Reference Bank Rate will be the arithmetic mean of the quotations provided, eliminating the highest quotation (or, in the event of equality, one of the highest) and the lowest quotation (or, in the event of equality, one of the lowest). If only two quotations are provided, the Reset Reference Bank Rate will be the arithmetic mean of the quotations provided. If only one quotation is provided, the Reset Reference Bank Rate will be the quotation provided. If no quotations are provided, the Reset Reference Bank Rate for the relevant Reset Period will be (i) in the case of each Reset Period other than the Reset Period commencing on the First Reset Date, the 5-year Mid-Swap Rate in respect of the immediately preceding Reset Period or (ii) in the case of the Reset Period commencing on the First Reset Date, an amount equal to the Initial Interest Rate less the Margin;

  • Terms of Reference (TORs) means the Terms of Reference that explains the objectives, scope of work, activities, and tasks to be performed, respective responsibilities of the Procuring Entity and the Consultant, and expected results and deliverables of the assignment.

  • Terms of Reference (TOR) means the document included in the RFP as Section 5 which explains the objectives, scope of work, activities, tasks to be performed, respective responsibilities of the Client and the Consultant, and expected results and deliverables of the Assignment/job.

  • Base CD Rate means the sum of (a) the Three-Month Secondary CD Rate multiplied by the Statutory Reserve Rate plus (b) the Assessment Rate.
