Daily One Month LIBOR Rate definition

Daily One Month LIBOR Rate means, for any day, the rate of interest equal to LIBOR then in effect for delivery for a one (1) month period.
Daily One Month LIBOR Rate means for any day the rate per annum for United States dollar deposits quoted by Bank and the Inter-Bank Market Offered Rate in effect from time to time for delivery of funds for one (1) month in amounts approximately equal to the principal amount of the applicable Loan. Borrower understands and agrees that Bank may base its quotation of the Inter-Bank Market Offered Rate upon such offers or other market indicators of the Inter-Bank Market as Bank in its discretion deems appropriate including, but not limited to, the rate offered for U.S. dollar deposits on the London Inter-Bank Market.

Examples of Daily One Month LIBOR Rate in a sentence

  • When interest is determined in relation to the Daily One Month LIBOR Rate, each change in the interest rate shall become effective each Business Day that the Bank determines that the Daily One Month LIBOR Rate has changed.

  • If no specific designation of interest is made at the time any advance is requested hereunder or at the end of any Fixed Rate Term, Borrower shall be deemed to have made a Daily One Month LIBOR Rate interest selection for such advance or the principal amount to which such Fixed Rate Term applied.

  • All payments credited to principal shall be applied first, to the outstanding principal balance of this Note which bears interest determined in relation to the Daily One Month LIBOR Rate, if any, and second, to the outstanding principal balance of this Note which bears interest determined in relation to LIBOR, with such payments applied to the oldest Fixed Rate Term first.

  • At the Company’s option, amounts borrowed under the Wells Fargo Credit Facility will bear interest at either a fluctuating rate per annum two percent (2%) above the Daily One Month LIBOR Rate in effect from time to time or a fixed rate per annum determined by Wells Fargo to be two percent (2%) above LIBOR in effect on the first day of an applicable fixed rate term.

  • The outstanding principal balance of this Note shall bear interest (computed on the basis of a 360-day year, actual days elapsed) either (i) at a fluctuating rate per annum determined by Bank to be one and three-quarters percent (1.75%) above the Daily One Month LIBOR Rate in effect from time to time, or (ii) at a fixed rate per annum determined by Bank to be one and three-quarters percent (1.75%) above LIBOR in effect on the first day of the applicable Fixed Rate Term.

Daily One Month LIBOR Rate means, with respect to any interest rate calculation at the Base Rate, the rate per annum determined by the Bank based on the rate for dollar deposits for delivery of funds for one month as reported on Reuters Screen LIBOR01 page (or any successor page) at approximately 11:00 a.m., London time, or, for any day that is not a London Business Day, the immediately preceding London Business Day (or if not so reported, then as determined by the Bank from another recognized source or interbank quotation); provided that if the Daily One Month LIBOR Rate, as determined above with respect to any interest rate calculation, shall be less than zero, such rate shall be deemed to be zero for purposes of this Agreement. Each determination by the Bank pursuant to this definition will be conclusive absent manifest error.
Daily One Month LIBOR Rate means, for any date of determination, the rate (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next 1/16 of 1%) appearing on Reuters Screen LIBOR01 Page (or on any successor or substitute page of such service, or any successor to or substitute for such service, providing rate quotations comparable to those currently provided on such page of such service, as determined by Agent from time to time for purposes of providing quotations of interest rates applicable to dollar deposits in the London interbank market) at approximately 11:00 a.m., London time, on such date of determination, as the rate for dollar deposits with a maturity of one (1) month. If at any time the London Interbank Offered Rate becomes unavailable, then the Prime Rate offered by Agent shall be substituted for the Daily One Month Libor Rate. Each change in the Daily One Month Libor Rate shall become effective each Business Day that the Agent determines that the Daily One Month Libor Rate has changed.
Daily One Month LIBOR Rate means a fluctuating rate of interest, which can change on each Business Day, equal to the rate per annum equal to LIBOR, at or about 11:00 a.m., London time, two (2) Business Days prior to such date for Dollar deposits with a term of one (1) month commencing that day; provided that: (i) to the extent a comparable or successor rate is approved by the Bank in connection herewith, the approved rate shall be applied in a manner consistent with market practice; provided, further that to the extent such market practice is not administratively feasible for the Bank, such approved rate shall be applied in a manner as otherwise reasonably determined by the Bank and (ii) if the Daily One-Month LIBOR Rate shall be less than three quarterszero percent (0.750.00%), such rate shall be deemed to be three quarterszero percent (0.750.00%) for purposes of this Agreement.
Daily One Month LIBOR Rate means, for any day, the rate per annum equal to the Eurodollar Rate for a one-month Interest Period in the approximate amount of the Eurodollar Advance being made, continued or converted by the Administrative Agent. The “Daily One Month LIBOR Rate” is a rate reasonably determined by the Administrative Agent based upon such offers or other market indicators of the inter-bank market as the Administrative Agent in its discretion deems reasonably appropriate including, but not limited to, the BBA LIBOR (as defined under “Eurodollar Rate” below).

  • Daily One Month LIBOR means, for any day, the rate of interest equal to LIBOR then in effect for delivery for a one (1) month period.

  • One Month LIBOR Rate means, with respect to any interest rate calculation for a Loan or other Obligation bearing interest at the Alternate Base Rate, a rate per annum equal to the quotient (rounded upward if necessary to the nearest 1/16th of one percent (0.0625%)) of (i) the rate per annum referred to as the BBA (British Bankers Association) LIBOR RATE as reported on Reuters LIBOR page 1, or if not reported by Reuters, as reported by any service selected by Administrative Agent on the applicable day (provided that if such day is not a Eurodollar Banking Day for which a Eurodollar Rate is quoted, the next preceding Eurodollar Banking Day for which a Eurodollar Rate is quoted) at or about 11:00 a.m., London time (or as soon thereafter as practicable), for Dollar deposits being delivered in the London interbank eurodollar currency market for a term of one month commencing on such date of determination, divided by (ii) one minus the Reserve Requirement in effect on such day. If for any reason rates are not available as provided in clause (i) of the preceding sentence, the rate to be used in clause (i) shall be, at Administrative Agent’s discretion (in each case, rounded upward if necessary to the nearest one-sixteenth (1/16) of one percent (0.0625%)), (1) the rate per annum at which Dollar deposits are offered to the Administrative Agent in the London interbank eurodollar currency market or (2) the rate at which Dollar deposits are offered to the Administrative Agent in, or by Xxxxx Fargo to major banks in, any offshore interbank eurodollar market selected by Administrative Agent, in each case on the applicable day (provided that if such day is not a Eurodollar Banking Day for which Dollar deposits are offered to Administrative Agent in the London interbank eurodollar currency market, the next preceding Eurodollar Banking Day for which Dollar deposits are offered to Administrative Agent in the London interbank eurodollar currency market) at or about 11:00 a.m., London time (or as soon thereafter as practicable) (for delivery on such date of determination) for a one month term. Each determination by Administrative Agent pursuant to this definition shall be conclusive absent manifest error.

  • Three-Month LIBOR Rate means the rate determined in accordance with the following provisions:

  • Adjusted One Month LIBOR Rate means, an interest rate per annum equal to the sum of (i) 1.00% per annum plus (ii) the Adjusted LIBO Rate for a one month Interest Period on such day (or if such day is not a Business Day, the immediately preceding Business Day); provided that, for the avoidance of doubt, the Adjusted LIBO Rate for any day shall be based on the Screen Rate at approximately 11:00 a.m. London time on such day.

  • One-Month LIBOR With respect to the Class A Certificates, the Mezzanine Certificates, REMIC II Regular Interest II-LTA1, REMIC II Regular Interest II-LTA2, REMIC II Regular Interest II-LTA3, REMIC II Regular Interest II-LTA4, REMIC II Regular Interest II-LTM1, REMIC II Regular Interest II-LTM2, REMIC II Regular Interest II-LTM3, REMIC II Regular Interest II-LTM4, REMIC II Regular Interest II-LTM5, REMIC II Regular Interest II-LTM6, REMIC II Regular Interest II-LTM7, REMIC II Regular Interest II-LTM8, REMIC II Regular Interest II-LTM9, REMIC II Regular Interest II-LTM10 and REMIC II Regular Interest II-LTM11 and any Accrual Period therefor, the rate determined by the Trust Administrator on the related Interest Determination Date on the basis of the offered rate for one-month U.S. dollar deposits, as such rate appears on Telerate Page 3750 as of 11:00 a.m. (London time) on such Interest Determination Date; provided that if such rate does not appear on Telerate Page 3750, the rate for such date will be determined on the basis of the offered rates of the Reference Banks for one-month U.S. dollar deposits, as of 11:00 a.m. (London time) on such Interest Determination Date. In such event, the Trust Administrator will request the principal London office of each of the Reference Banks to provide a quotation of its rate. If on such Interest Determination Date, two or more Reference Banks provide such offered quotations, One-Month LIBOR for the related Accrual Period shall be the arithmetic mean of such offered quotations (rounded upwards if necessary to the nearest whole multiple of 1/16%). If on such Interest Determination Date, fewer than two Reference Banks provide such offered quotations, One-Month LIBOR for the related Accrual Period shall be the higher of (i) One-Month LIBOR as determined on the previous Interest Determination Date and (ii) the Reserve Interest Rate. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if, under the priorities described above, One-Month LIBOR for an Interest Determination Date would be based on One-Month LIBOR for the previous Interest Determination Date for the third consecutive Interest Determination Date, the Trust Administrator shall select, after consultation with the NIMS Insurer, an alternative comparable index (over which the Trust Administrator has no control), used for determining one-month Eurodollar lending rates that is calculated and published (or otherwise made available) by an independent party.

  • Three-Month LIBOR means the rate (expressed as a percentage per annum) for deposits in United States dollars for a three-month period commencing on the first day of a Dividend Period that appears on the Reuters Screen LIBOR01 Page as of 11:00 a.m. (London time) on the LIBOR Determination Date for that Dividend Period. If such rate does not appear on Reuters Screen LIBOR01 Page, Three-month LIBOR will be determined on the basis of the rates at which deposits in United States dollars for a three-month period commencing on the first day of that Dividend Period and in a principal amount of not less than $1 million are offered to prime banks in the London interbank market by four major banks in the London interbank market selected by the Calculation Agent (after consultation with the Company), at approximately 11:00 a.m., London time, on the LIBOR Determination Date for that Dividend Period. The Calculation Agent will request the principal London office of each of such banks to provide a quotation of its rate. If at least two such quotations are provided, Three-month LIBOR with respect to that Dividend Period will be the arithmetic mean (rounded upward if necessary to the nearest whole multiple of 0.00001%) of such quotations. If fewer than two quotations are provided, Three-month LIBOR with respect to that Dividend Period will be the arithmetic mean (rounded upward if necessary to the nearest whole multiple of 0.00001%) of the rates quoted by three major banks in New York City selected by the Calculation Agent (after consultation with the Company), at approximately 11:00 a.m., New York City time, on the LIBOR Determination Date for that Dividend Period for loans in United States dollars to leading European banks for a three-month period commencing on the first day of that Dividend Period and in a principal amount of not less than $1 million. However, if fewer than three banks selected by the Calculation Agent to provide quotations are quoting as described above, Three-month LIBOR for that Dividend Period will be the same Three-month LIBOR as determined for the previous Dividend Period or, in the case of the Dividend Period beginning on April 30, 2018, 2.920%. The determination of Three-month LIBOR for each relevant Dividend Period by the Calculation Agent will (in the absence of manifest error) be final and binding.

  • 3-Month LIBOR means the London interbank offered interest rate for three-month, U.S. dollar deposits determined by the Trustee in the following order of priority:

  • Daily LIBOR Rate means, for any day, the rate per annum determined by the Administrative Agent by dividing (x) the Published Rate by (y) a number equal to 1.00 minus the LIBOR Reserve Percentage on such day.

  • Six-Month LIBOR The average of interbank offered rates for six-month U.S. dollar deposits in the London market based on quotations of major banks.

  • Daily Adjusting LIBOR Rate means, for any day, a per annum interest rate which is equal to the quotient of the following:

  • Adjusted LIBOR Rate means, at any time with respect to any LIBOR Loan, a rate per annum equal to the LIBOR Rate as in effect at such time plus the Applicable Margin Percentage for LIBOR Loans as in effect at such time.

  • Applicable LIBOR Rate means, (a) for Auction Periods of 35 days or less, One-Month LIBOR, (b) for Auction Periods of more than 35 days but less than 91 days, Three-Month LIBOR, (c) for Auction Periods of more than 90 days but less than 181 days, Six-Month LIBOR, and (d) for Auction Periods of more than 180 days, One-Year LIBOR.

  • LIBOR Rate means a rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next higher 1/100th of 1%) determined by the Administrative Agent pursuant to the following formula: LIBOR Rate = LIBOR 1.00-Eurodollar Reserve Percentage

  • LIBOR Daily Floating Rate means, for any day, a fluctuating rate of interest per annum equal to LIBOR as published on the applicable Bloomberg screen page (or such other commercially available source providing such quotations as may be designated by Administrative Agent from time to time), at approximately 11:00 a.m., London time, two (2) London Banking Days prior to such day, for Dollar deposits with a term of one (1) month commencing that day; provided that if the LIBOR Daily Floating Rate shall be less than zero, such rate shall be deemed zero for purposes of the Loan Documents.

  • Base LIBOR Rate means the rate per annum, determined by Agent in accordance with its customary procedures, and utilizing such electronic or other quotation sources as it considers appropriate (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next 1/16%), on the basis of the rates at which Dollar deposits are offered to major banks in the London interbank market on or about 11:00 a.m. (California time) 2 Business Days prior to the commencement of the applicable Interest Period, for a term and in amounts comparable to the Interest Period and amount of the LIBOR Rate Loan requested by Borrower in accordance with this Agreement, which determination shall be conclusive in the absence of manifest error.

  • EURIBOR Rate has the meaning specified in the definition of “Eurocurrency Rate”.

  • Applicable LIBOR Rate Margin means the following per annum percentages, applicable in the following situations:

  • CDOR Rate is defined in the definition of “Eurocurrency Rate” herein.

  • USD LIBOR means the London interbank offered rate for U.S. dollars.

  • Adjusted LIBO Rate means, with respect to any Eurodollar Borrowing for any Interest Period, an interest rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next 1/16 of 1%) equal to (a) the LIBO Rate for such Interest Period multiplied by (b) the Statutory Reserve Rate.

  • Adjusted CD Rate has the meaning set forth in Section 2.07(b).

  • SBI 1 Year MCLR Rate means 1 year Marginal Cost of Funds Based Lending Rate (MCLR) fixed by State Bank of India (SBI) / any replacement thereof by SBI for the time being in effect applicable for 1 year period, as on 1st April of the respective financial year in accordance with regulations and guidelines of Reserve Bank of India. In absence of such rate, any other arrangement that substitutes such rate as mutually agreed to by the Parties.

  • Weighted Average Advance Rate means, as of any date of determination with respect to all Eligible Collateral Obligations included in the Adjusted Aggregate Eligible Collateral Obligation Balance, the number obtained by (i) summing the products obtained by multiplying (a) the Advance Rate of each such Eligible Collateral Obligation by (b) such Eligible Collateral Obligation’s contribution to the Adjusted Aggregate Eligible Collateral Obligation Balance and (ii) dividing such sum by the Adjusted Aggregate Eligible Collateral Obligation Balance.

  • LIBO Rate means, with respect to any Eurodollar Borrowing for any Interest Period, the rate appearing on Page 3750 of the Telerate Service (or on any successor or substitute page of such Service, or any successor to or substitute for such Service, providing rate quotations comparable to those currently provided on such page of such Service, as determined by the Administrative Agent from time to time for purposes of providing quotations of interest rates applicable to dollar deposits in the London interbank market) at approximately 11:00 a.m., London time, two Business Days prior to the commencement of such Interest Period, as the rate for dollar deposits with a maturity comparable to such Interest Period. In the event that such rate is not available at such time for any reason, then the "LIBO Rate" with respect to such Eurodollar Borrowing for such Interest Period shall be the rate at which dollar deposits of $5,000,000 and for a maturity comparable to such Interest Period are offered by the principal London office of the Administrative Agent in immediately available funds in the London interbank market at approximately 11:00 a.m., London time, two Business Days prior to the commencement of such Interest Period.
