Daily Train Plan definition

Daily Train Plan means the daily train plan issued by ARTC;
Daily Train Plan or “DTP” means that document detailing the scheduled times for all Train services operating on the Infrastructure and any Planned Possessions, Urgent Possessions and Emergency Possessions on a particular day on a specified part of the Infrastructure;

Examples of Daily Train Plan in a sentence

  • If the Access Holder notifies Queensland Rail that it wishes to operate an Ad Hoc Train Service, then Queensland Rail may, but is not obliged to, schedule the Ad Hoc Train Service in the Daily Train Plan.

  • Additionally, Rail Operators may seek via the Daily Train Plan (DTP), one-off variations to their allocated Train Paths and access to specific Train Paths that are not already allocated to a Rail Operator (known as Ad hoc paths).

  • If Queensland Rail schedules an Ad Hoc Train Service in the Daily Train Plan then, despite any other provision in this agreement the Operator must, in operating the Ad Hoc Train Service, comply with the Train Service Description subject to any derogations permitted by Queensland Rail.

Daily Train Plan means the timetable maintained by the Access Provider that sets out planned Train movements on the Network on a particular day.

Daily Train Plan or DTP has the meaning given to that term in the Access Undertaking.
