Daimler Fund Balance means the remainder of the Daimler Fund if, at the conclusion of the Daimler Litigation (or at the Effective Date if the Class 3A Voting Condition is not satisfied), the aggregate Daimler Litigation Costs have totaled less than the amount deposited in such fund.
