Damaged Property definition

Damaged Property shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.3(a).
Damaged Property has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.14(a).

  • Any amount paid under this section will be offset against any amount claimed under section 3(1) Lost or Damaged Property.
