BFE definition

BFE means any equipment which is to be provided by the purchaser of the Aircraft (whether actually provided by LESSOR as buyer-furnished equipment or Manufacturer as seller-purchased equipment).
BFE. (or “Lessee Furnished Equipment”) means the buyer furnished equipment and components selected by Lessee and included with the Aircraft in accordance with Schedule 8.

  • A regional flood is a flood with a one percent chance of being equaled or exceeded in any given year, and if depicted on the FIRM, the RFE is equivalent to the BFE.

  • The law states that no such projects related to critical facilities shall be undertaken in a Special Flood Hazard Area (SFHA) unless constructed according to specific mitigation specifications, including being raised 2’ above the Base Flood Elevation (BFE).

BFE has the meaning set forth in Section 1.2 of the AGTA.
