Data Pooling definition

Data Pooling. (also: “Data Pool”) means the combining of individual Data Pool Bundles of the same type into one data pool of Subscriptions under one Customer account number as part of a single Bill Cycle and which applies per type of bundle per Customer account. Overage Usage is not included within the Data Pooling, so that (a) data usage which exceeds the maximum total amount of data within the applicable type of Pooled Data Bundle and (b) data usage in zones and on any other networks not included in the applicable type of Pooled Data Bundle are invoiced to Customer separately from the Pooled Data Bundle.

Examples of Data Pooling in a sentence

  • Receipt of the ADD_ACQUISITION_ORDER.request primitive shall cause the SOIS Device Data Pooling Service provider to establish a data pool with the required entries.

  • Receipt of the STOP_ACQUISITIONS.request primitive shall cause the SOIS Device Data Pooling Service provider to immediately stop the periodic acquisition of samples for the Acquisition order specified by the Acquisition Order Identifier parameter.

  • Receipt of the REMOVE_ACQUISITION_ORDER.request primitive shall cause the SOIS Device Data Pooling Service provider to remove the previously established acquisition order.

  • The Result Metadata parameter shall be used to provide information generated by the Device Data Pooling Service provider to the service invoking entity to provide information related to the successful or failed result of a device data pooling operation.NOTE – The parameter can include information indicating failure conditions, e.g., the specified request could not be serviced within the managed timeout period or the Device Data Pooling Service is not functioning correctly.

  • The READ_SAMPLES.request primitive shall be passed to the SOIS Device Data Pooling Service provider to request that a user-specified history of cached samples be acquired, starting with the most recently acquired sample.

  • CREFC® Servicer Watch List/Portfolio Review Guidelines As of each Determination Date a report, including and identifying each Performing Serviced Loan satisfying the “CREFC® Portfolio Review Guidelines” approved from time to time by the CREFC® in the “CREFC® Servicer Watch List” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form (including other portfolio review guidelines) for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Additional Special Servicing Compensation As defined in Section 3.11(d).

  • Master Servicer Termination Test With respect to any Distribution Date, the Master Servicer Termination Test will be failed if the Cumulative Loss Percentage exceeds 4.00%.

  • Public School Student Accessing Courses at a Distance means a student who is scheduled for a full course load through the District and attends all classes virtually.

  • Servicer Mortgage Loan File As defined in each of the Servicing Agreements.

  • Serviced Companion Loan Securities Any commercial mortgage-backed securities that evidence an interest in or are secured by the assets of an Other Securitization Trust, which assets include a Serviced Companion Loan (or a portion thereof or interest therein).

  • Additional Servicing Compensation means any servicing compensation (other than Servicing Fees, Special Servicing Fees, Workout Fees or Liquidation Fees) that any Servicer is entitled to retain under the Servicing Agreement.

  • CREFC® Servicer Watch List format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form (including other portfolio review guidelines) for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Other Servicer Mortgage Loan Any of the Mortgage Loans, if any, identified in Exhibit F-2 hereto, as such Exhibit may be amended from time to time in connection with a substitution pursuant to Sections 2.02 or 2.06, which Mortgage Loan is serviced under an Other Servicing Agreement.

  • Intercollegiate sport means a sport played at the collegiate level for which eligibility requirements for participation by a student athlete are established by a national association for the promotion or regulation of collegiate athletics.

  • Servicer Termination Test With respect to any Distribution Date, the Servicer will fail the Servicer Termination Test if the Realized Loss Percentage for the Mortgage Loans exceeds the applicable percentages set forth below with respect to such Distribution Date: January 2006 through December 2007 2.75% January 2008 through December 2008 3.25% January 2009 through December 2009 3.75% January 2010 and thereafter 4.50%

  • CMSA Special Servicer Loan File The data file in the "CMSA Special Servicer Loan File" format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally and, insofar as it requires the presentation of information in addition to that called for by the form of the "CMSA Special Servicer Loan File" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA website, is reasonably acceptable to the Special Servicer.

  • Special Servicing Compensation With respect to any Serviced Mortgage Loan, Serviced Loan Combination or REO Property (other than an REO Property related to an Outside Serviced Mortgage Loan), any of the Special Servicing Fee, the Workout Fee, and the Liquidation Fee which shall be due to the Special Servicer.

  • Serviced Companion Loan A Companion Loan that is part of a Serviced Loan Combination. With respect to each Servicing Shift Mortgage Loan and the related Servicing Shift Loan Combination, each related Companion Loan will no longer be a Serviced Companion Loan on and after the related Servicing Shift Date.

  • Mortgage Loan Group Either Group I or Group II. References herein to the related Class of Class A Certificates, when used with respect to a Mortgage Loan Group, shall mean (A) in the case of Group I, the Class A-1 Certificates and (B) in the case of Group II, the Class A-2 Certificates.

  • Master Servicing Compensation The meaning specified in Section 3.14.

  • Master Servicer Servicing Personnel The divisions and individuals of the Master Servicer who are involved in the performance of the duties of the Master Servicer under this Agreement.

  • Countrywide Servicing Agreement The Seller's Warranties and Servicing Agreement, dated as of September 1, 2002, as amended on January 1, 2003, between the Seller and Countrywide, attached hereto as Exhibit H-1, as modified by the related Assignment Agreement.

  • XXXXX Administrator’s Website means the Bank of England’s website, currently at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx, or any successor source for the Sterling Overnight Index Average identified as such by the XXXXX Administrator from time to time.

  • Non-Administrator Hospital means a Hospital that does not meet the definition of an Administrator Hospital.

  • CREFC® Servicer Remittance to Certificate Administrator Template A report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Interest Servicer Remittance to Certificate Administrator Template” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.
