Data Processing Contract definition

Data Processing Contract means the contract between controllers and processors referred to in Article 28 Section 3 of the GDPR.
Data Processing Contract means any Contract to which the Company or any Subsidiary is or was a party or by which the Company or any Subsidiary is or was bound, that relates to any Processing of Personal Data by a third party for or on behalf of the Company or any Subsidiary.
Data Processing Contract means any applicable contractual obligation with respect to the Product or the Acquired Assets concerning data privacy and security relating to Personal Information in the possession or control of Seller or maintained by Third Parties having access to such information under Contracts to which Seller is a party.
