Data Protection Xxx 0000 means the Data Protection Xxx 0000 and all applicable laws and regulations relating to Processing of Personal Data, including where applicable the guidance and codes of practice issued by the Information Commissioner. Days means calendar days. Default means any breach of the obligations of any party (including fundamental breach or breach of a fundamental term) or any default, act, omission, negligence or statement of any party, its employees, agents or Sub-Contractors in connection with or in relation to the subject matter of this Framework Agreement, including Contracts arising hereunder, and in respect of which such party is liable to the other. Effective Date means the date on which this Framework Agreement is signed by both parties. Environmental Information Regulations means the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 together with any guidance and/or codes of practice issued by the Information Commissioner or relevant Government Department in relation to such regulations.

  • Data Protection Act means Act CXII of 2011 on Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information.

  • European Data Protection Law means the GDPR and any data protection law of a European Member State and Switzerland, including local legislation implementing the requirements of the GDPR, including subordinate legislation, in each case as amended from time to time;

  • EU Data Protection Laws means EU Directive 95/46/EC, as transposed into domestic legislation of each Member State and as amended, replaced or superseded from time to time, including by the GDPR and laws implementing or supplementing the GDPR;

  • Data Protection Acts means Data Protection Act 1988, as amended by the Data Protection (Amendment) Act 2003, and as may be modified, amended, supplemented, consolidated or re- enacted from time to time;

At a minimum, such persons must have education and experience in soil resistivity, stray current, structure-to-soil potential, and component electrical isolation measurements of buried metal piping and tank systems.

  • Data Protection Laws means all laws and regulations that govern the access, use, disclosure, or protection of Personal Data to which a party is subject with respect to the Service or the Software.
