Data Remittance Date definition

Data Remittance Date. With respect to any Distribution Date, the 10th calendar day of the month in which such Distribution Date occurs, or if such 10th day is not a Business Day, the Business Day immediately following such 10th day; provided, however, that with respect to WMMSC, the Data Remittance Date shall be no later than 12:00 noon, five Business Days before the related Distribution Date.

• The foregoing information shall be reported to the Trustee each month on or before the Servicer Data Remittance Date.
