Rating Service definition

Rating Service means Moody’s, if Moody’s is then rating the Bonds, S&P, if S&P is then rating the Bonds, and Fitch, if Fitch is then rating the Bonds, and their respective successors and assigns.
Rating Service means any nationally recognized securities rating service that shall have assigned a rating that is then in effect with respect to the Bonds upon application of the Issuer.
Rating Service means each of S&P and Moody’s.

  • In respect of short-term securities or instruments (where the maturity date of the security or instrument is less than one year), Counterparties must have a designated rating for Commercial Paper/Short-Term Debt no lower than (a) Domin- ion Bond Rating Service Limited (“DBRS”) - “R-1(low)”; (b) Fitch Ratings (“Fitch”) - “F1”; (c) Moody’s Investors Service (“Moody’s”) - “P-1”; and (d) Standard & Poor’s (“S&P”) - “A-1(Low)”.

  • In respect of short-term securities or instruments (where the maturity date of the security or instrument is less than one year), the Counterparty must have a designated rating for Commercial Paper/Short-Term Debt no lower than (a) Do- minion Bond Rating Service Limited (“DBRS”) - “R-1(low)”; (b) Fitch Ratings (“Fitch”) - “F1”; (c) Moody’s Investors Service (“Moody’s”) - “P-1”; and (d) Standard & Poor’s (“S&P”) - “A-1(Low)”.

  • The Plan limits credit risk by investing only in short term debt rated R1 or higher and other debt rated BBB or higher, as rated by the Dominion Bond Rating Service or equivalent.


More Definitions of Rating Service

Rating Service means as of any particular date of determination each of Fitch, Moody’s and S&P, or their respective successors, that then has a rating on Outstanding Bonds assigned at the request of the Corporation.

Rating Service means as of any particular date of determination each of Fitch, KBRA and S&P, or their respective successors, that then has a rating on Outstanding Bonds assigned at the request of the Corporation, or any nationally recognized statistical rating organization identified as such by the Securities and Exchange Commission that then has a rating on Outstanding Bonds assigned at the request of the Corporation.
Rating Service means either or both of Moody's Investors Service, Inc. or Standard & Poor's Corporation.
