Data Room Web Site has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.3.

Data Room Web Site. A secure web site established by Sellers in which various due diligence materials relating to the Property have been or will be made available to Buyer.

  • Web Site means the website that you are currently using (xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx) and any sub-domains of this site (e.g. xxxxxxxxx.xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx) unless expressly excluded by their own terms and conditions.

  • Data Room means the virtual data room maintained by the Liquidator, created for the Qualified Bidders to access information in relation to the Company;
