Electronic Data Site definition

Electronic Data Site means (a) the virtual data site established and maintained by Seller and its representatives at xxxx://xxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/ in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and the Ancillary Agreements to which access was provided to Buyer and its representatives and (b) the intranet data site maintained by the Transferred Companies covering benefit plan information to which access was provided to Buyer and its representatives.

Related to Electronic Data Site

  • Electronic Data Room means the electronic data room established by or on behalf of Seller with respect to the Acquired Companies, as the same exists as of the date of this Agreement.
