Date for Possession definition

Date for Possession means the date stated in the Letter of Acceptance and/or in Clause 2.0 and Appendix I;
Date for Possession means the date stated in Appendix 1;
Date for Possession means the date provided in Item 6 of the Annexure on or before which the Principal is to make the site or part thereof available to the Contractor;

  • Date of Possession means the date on which the Allottee is handed over possession of the said Apartment;
