Date of Affiliation means the date on which a director was first elected or appointed to the Board of Directors of the Company or one of its Subsidiaries whichever is earlier.

  • Postponed Retirement Date means the first day of the month coincident with or next following a Participant’s date of actual retirement which occurs after his Normal Retirement Date.
