Date of overdue means date on which Borrower accounts shall be flagged as overdue as part of the day end process. Example: If the due date of loan account is 15-Mar-22 of the month and the full dues are not received before the Company runs the day-end process for this date, the borrower will be classified as under –

Related to Date of overdue

  • Date of Commencement means the date designated in the Notice to Proceed for Contractor to commence the Work.

  • Applicable Anniversary of the Commencement Date means the fifth (5th) anniversary of the Commencement Date.

  • Date of Original Issue means, with respect to any Series, the date specified as the Date of Original Issue for such Series in the Appendix for such Series.

  • Date of occurrence in these Regulations means the date of contract signing, date of payment, dates of boards of directors resolutions, or other date that can confirm the counterparty and monetary amount of the transaction, whichever date is earlier.

  • Overdue Rate means, on any date, a per annum rate of interest equal to the lesser of fifteen percent (15%) and the maximum rate then permitted under applicable law.

  • Date of Original Issuance means in respect of any Commission Share, the date with reference to which the amount of the CDSC payable on redemption thereof, if any, is computed.

  • Overdue Interest means any interest payable pursuant to Section 2.8(b) of the Credit Agreement.

  • Overdue Amount means any amount required to be paid by the Issuer under any of the Finance Documents but not made available to the Bondholders on the relevant Payment Date or otherwise not paid on its applicable due date.

  • Overdue Interest Rate means, with respect to any Class, the Interest Rate applicable to such Class.

  • Bill Due Date means thirty (30) calendar days from the bill date.

  • Date of commencement of the project means the date of the agreement.

  • Overdue Scheduled Payment means any Scheduled Payment which is not in fact received by the Subordination Agent within five days after the Scheduled Payment Date relating thereto.

  • Service Commencement Date means the date the Transmission Provider begins to provide service pursuant to the terms of an executed Service Agreement, or the date the Transmission Provider begins to provide service in accordance with Tariff, Part II, section 15.3 or Tariff, Part III, section 29.1.

  • Lease Commencement Date means the Closing Date. The “Lease Expiration Date” shall mean the later of (i) the date of the final payment in full of the French Advances and (ii) the Vehicle Lease Expiration Date for the last Lease Vehicle leased by the Lessee hereunder.
