Date of Reinstatement definition

Date of Reinstatement means the date on which the Policy is reinstated under clause 1.7.
Date of Reinstatement means the date on which Cover is reinstated under the reinstatement clause of this Policy.
Date of Reinstatement means the day, following the period of occupancy or closure, that the highway has been repaired or restored to the satisfaction of the Director;

Examples of Date of Reinstatement in a sentence

  • On this date, all outstanding Policy Charges shall be deducted from the above payment for the period between the Lapse Date and the Effective Date of Reinstatement.

  • The Effective Date of Reinstatement is the date on which the above requirements are met and approved by The Company.

  • In this case, we will refund the total premium paid since the Effective Date or the most recent Effective Date of Reinstatement but will not pay any Death Benefit.

  • If the Life Assured under the Policy, whether medically sane or insane, commits suicide, within one year of the Policy Date or the Effective Date of Reinstatement, where the Policy has been discontinued in accordance with Clause 5.1, the Policy shall be void and the Company will be liable to pay the higher of the policy premium or Fund Value as on the Valuation Date following the intimation of death.

  • The reinstatement shall be subject to the following conditions: ◼ Satisfactory evidence of insurability of the Life Assured; and ◼ Payment in full of an amount equal to all the Policy Premiums due but unpaid till the Effective Date of Reinstatement The Effective Date of Reinstatement is the date on which the above requirements are met and approved by the Company.

  • If the Life Assured under the Policy, whether medically sane or insane, commits suicide, within one year of the Policy Date or the Effective Date of Reinstatement of the Policy, whichever is later, the Company will not pay any claim and the Policy shall be void.

  • Insurer will not provide coverage for any Claim resulting from Psychiatric Services provided by the Named Insured listed below between the Date of Suspension and the Date of Reinstatement regardless of when a Claim may be reported.

  • Reinstatement Date means the date from which a policy will be reinstated after cancellation.

  • Date of receipt means the completed delivery of the goods or services or the satisfactory installation, assembly or specified portion thereof, or the receipt of the invoice for the delivery of the goods or services, whichever is later.

  • Non-Reinstatement Deadline has the meaning specified in Section 2.03(b)(iv).

  • Reinstatement means the process as outlined in 645—11.31(272C) by which a licensee who has had a license suspended or revoked or who has voluntarily surrendered a license may apply to have the license reinstated, with or without conditions. Once the license is reinstated, the licensee may apply for active status.

  • Date of Hire means the date on which a person shall perform his first Hour of Service. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event a person incurs one or more consecutive Breaks after his initial Date of Hire which results in the forfeiture of his pre-Break Service pursuant to Section 3.3, his "Date of Hire" shall thereafter be the date on which he completes his first Hour of Service after such Break or Breaks.

  • Reinstated or “Reinstatement” means, with respect to Claims and Interests, the treatment provided for in section 1124 of the Bankruptcy Code.

  • Fraud Loss Coverage Termination Date The point in time at which the Fraud Loss Coverage Amount is reduced to zero.

  • Date of Service means the date on which the client receives medical services or items, unless otherwise specified in the appropriate provider rules. For items that are mailed or shipped by the provider, the date of service is the date on which the order was received, the date on which the item was fabricated, or the date on which the item was mailed or shipped.

  • Reemployment Commencement Date means the first day following a One-Year Period of Severance on which an Employee is entitled to be credited with an Hour of Service described in Paragraph (a)(1) of the definition of “Hour of Service” in this Article.

  • Disability Effective Date means the date on which termination of employment becomes effective due to Disability.

  • Loan Termination Date means the earliest to occur of the following: (a) November , 2009, (b) the date the Obligations are accelerated pursuant to this Agreement or the Revolving Note and (c) the date the Bank has received (i) notice in writing from the Borrower of the Borrower’s election to terminate this Agreement or the Revolving Note or (ii) indefeasible payment in full of the Obligations.

  • Inception Date means in respect of a Fund, the first date on which the Fund issued shares.

  • Lease Termination Date means the last day of the Lease Term.

  • Date of Commencement of Risk means the date specified in the Schedule (unless the Policyholder is informed otherwise by the Company) from which the risk cover of the Life Assured commences under the Policy.

  • Extended Termination Date has the meaning specified in Section 2.16(c).

  • Final Determination Date means the following:

  • Accretion Termination Date As defined in the Series Supplement.

  • Bankruptcy Coverage Termination Date The point in time at which the Bankruptcy Loss Coverage Amount is reduced to zero.

  • Notification Date means 30 days from an Account statement date (see section 6.3).

  • Date of Commencement means the date designated in the Notice to Proceed for Contractor to commence the Work.

  • Scheduled Termination Date means July 9, 2021 or any succeeding date to which the term of this Agreement is extended pursuant to Section 2.02.

  • Election Date has the meaning specified in Section 312(h).

  • Restriction Termination Date means the first day on which the Board of Directors of the Corporation determines that it is no longer in the best interests of the Corporation to attempt to, or continue to, qualify as a REIT.

  • Initial Termination Date has the meaning set forth in Section 9.1(b)(i).

  • Date of Completion with respect to a Project shall mean: (i) the date upon which such Project and all components thereof have been acquired or constructed and are capable of performing the functions for which they were intended, as evidenced by an Engineers’ Certificate filed with the Trustee and the Issuer; or (ii) the date on which the Issuer determines, upon the recommendation of or in consultation with the Consulting Engineer, that it cannot complete such Project in a sound and economical manner within a reasonable period of time as evidenced by an Engineers’ Certificate filed with the Trustee and the Issuer; provided that in each case such certificate of the Consulting Engineer shall set forth the amount of all Costs of such Project which have theretofore been incurred, but which on the Date of Completion is or will be unpaid or unreimbursed.

  • Effective Termination Date has the meaning set forth in Section 10(b) hereof.
