Date of Replacement definition

Date of Replacement means the date on which replacement Equipment is shipped to You, or the date on which You pick up the replacement Equipment at an Authorized Service Facility, as a result of a covered Loss.
Date of Replacement means the date on which replacement or repaired is shipped to You, or the date on which You pick up the replacement or repaired Equipment at an Authorized Service Facility, as a result of a covered Loss.

Related to Date of Replacement

  • Benchmark Replacement Date means the earliest to occur of the following events with respect to the then-current Benchmark:

  • Final Valuation Date means the Final Valuation Date as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data. If the Final Valuation Date is not a Calculation Date the immediately following Banking Day which is a Calculation Date shall be the Final Valuation Date.

  • SPS Valuation Date means the SPS FR Barrier Valuation Date or the Strike Date, as applicable.
