Dated Xxxxx means a quote published daily in the Crude Oil Market Plans Bulletin that reflects the price of a North Sea Xxxxx crude oil blend charge over a given period.

Dated Xxxxx means the price assessment in US$/bbl (calculated using the average of the mean of the daily highs and lows of Xxxxx quotations) as published in Platts Crude Oil Marketwire report.

Dated Xxxxx means the daily arithmetic average of the high and low assessment prices (expressed in USD per barrel) published on a given quoted day in Platts Oilgram Price Report under the heading “Crude price assessments ($/bbl)” under the “International” Clause for the “Xxxxx (DTD)” quotation (Platts code: PCAAS00). Dated Xxxxx means the price expressed in US$/barrel and rounded to two (2) decimal places based on the average of the mean of the high and low quotations appearing in "Xxxxx’x Crude Oil Marketwire" under the heading "Key benchmarks ($/barrel)" for "Xxxxx (Dated)" entitled PCAAS00 (including any published correction) for each publication day for Xxxxx’x Crude Oil Marketwire during the 3 (three) calendar months immediately preceding relevant contract month in which gas supplies are made, provided that in case such value is lower than US$ 60/ barrel then US$ 60/ barrel shall be considered for computation of 7(a)(i) above.
