Tour of Duty means the period of time, not exceeding the basic hours of work per day, which an employee is scheduled to work on any day, and of which she has been advised in advance.
Line of duty means any action the deceased or disabled person was obligated or authorized to
money remittance means a payment service where funds are received from a payer, without any payment accounts being created in the name of the payer or the payee, for the sole purpose of transferring a corresponding amount to a payee or to another payment service provider acting on behalf of the payee, and/or where such funds are received on behalf of and made available to the payee;
Reference Cut-Off Date means the eighth Scheduled Trading Day immediately following the Scheduled Reference Date or, if earlier, the Scheduled Trading Day falling on or immediately preceding the second Business Day immediately preceding the due date on which payment of any amount or delivery of any assets may have to be made pursuant to any calculation or determination made on such Reference Date, provided that the Reference Cut-Off Date shall not fall prior to the original date on which such Reference Date was scheduled to fall.
Origination Date means, with respect to each Mortgage Loan, the date of the Mortgage Note relating to such Mortgage Loan, unless such information is not provided by the Borrower with respect to such Mortgage Loan, in which case the Origination Date shall be deemed to be the date that is 40 days prior to the date of the first payment under the Mortgage Note relating to such Mortgage Loan.
Monthly Remittance Date The 18th day of each month, or if the 18th day is not a Business Day, the preceding Business Day.
Serviced Duty means all duties and obligations of the Sellers in a Corporate Trust Capacity under the Serviced Corporate Trust Contract related to each Serviced Appointment, in each case, other than any Retained Duty.
Allowance Date means the date on which a Claim becomes an Allowed Claim.

Rate Cut-Off Date means the second U.S. Government Securities Business Day prior to a redemption date or the Maturity Date.
Lead-contaminated dust means surface dust that contains an area or mass concentration of lead at or in excess of levels identified by the Environmental Protection Agency pursuant to § 403 of TSCA (15 U.S.C. § 2683).
Mortgage Loan Remittance Rate With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the annual rate of interest remitted to the Purchaser, which shall be equal to the Mortgage Interest Rate minus the Servicing Fee Rate.
Securitization Date means the effective date on which the Securitization of the first Note or portion thereof is consummated.
Monthly Remittance Condition has the meaning set forth in Section 4.2 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.
Rolling Three Month Delinquency Rate With respect to any Distribution Date, the fraction, expressed as a percentage, equal to the average of the Delinquency Rates for each of the three (or one and two, in the case of the first and second Distribution Dates, respectively) immediately preceding calendar months.
SOFR Rate Cut-Off Date means the date that is the second U.S. Government Securities Business Day prior to the Interest Payment Date in respect of the relevant Interest Accrual Period or such other date specified in the Final Terms;
Bid Due Date means Bid Submission end date and time given in the E-tender
Unconfirmed Servicing Defect With respect to any Reference Obligation, the existence of the following, as determined by Xxxxxxx Mac in its sole discretion, (a) there is a violation of the servicing guidelines and other requirements in the Xxxxxxx Mac Single Family Seller/Servicer Guide (the “Guide”, as modified by the terms of the related servicer’s contract, including any related terms of business (“TOBs”)); and (b) Xxxxxxx Mac has issued a notice of defect, repurchase letter or a repurchase alternative letter related to the servicing breach. For the avoidance of doubt, Reference Obligations with minor technical violations, which in each case Xxxxxxx Mac determines to be acceptable Reference Obligations, may not result in an Unconfirmed Servicing Defect.
Daily Remittance is defined in Section 6.11(a) of the Servicing Agreement.
Dry cleaning means any industrial or commercial activity using VOCs in an installation to clean garments, furnishings and similar consumer goods with the exception of the manual removal of stains and spots in the textile and clothing industry;
60-Day Delinquent Receivables means, as of any date of determination, all Receivables (other than Repurchased Receivables and Defaulted Receivables) that are sixty (60) or more days delinquent as of such date (or, if such date is not the last day of a Collection Period, as of the last day of the Collection Period immediately preceding such date), as determined in accordance with the Servicer’s Customary Servicing Practices.
Servicer Remittance Date With respect to any Distribution Date, the 18th day of the calendar month in which such Distribution Date occurs or, if such 18th day is not a Business Day, the Business Day immediately following.
Notice Cut-off Date means the date specified as such in the Trigger Event Notice, which date shall be at least 20 Business Days following the Conversion Date;
Bill Due Date means thirty (30) calendar days from the bill date.
