Examples of Day or Days in a sentence
Despite Article XI herein, if Union is prevented, by reason of an event of force majeure on Union’s system from delivering gas on the Day or Days upon which Union has accepted gas from Shipper, Union shall thereafter make all reasonable efforts to deliver such quantities as soon as practicable and on such Day or Days as are agreed to by Shipper and Union.
