Day Procedure Centre definition

Day Procedure Centre means premises that would be Contracted Day Procedure Centre premises if the operator of the premises was contracted to the Commission or the Department.
Day Procedure Centre means a licensed day procedure centre as defined in the Private Health Facilities Act 2007.
Day Procedure Centre means Day Procedure Centres owned and/or operated by Epping Surgery Centre Pty Ltd in NSW as defined by the Private Health Facilities Xxx 0000 and the Private Health Facilities Regulations 2010 (“the employer”).
