DBS Services definition

DBS Services shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in the NRTC/Member Agreement.
DBS Services means television, audio, data, and other programming services delivered to commercial and residential customers directly via satellite broadcast.

  • The NRTC/Member Agreement grants Seller the exclusive right to distribute DBS Services in the Locations, except as set forth in the NRTC/Member Agreement.

  • If NRTC identifies Member to HCG, HCG may, in its sole discretion, after written notice to Member, followed by a 15 day period to cure, (i) suspend any and all DBS Services to Member and/or Subscribers and/or (ii) commence collection procedures or judicial action, at law and in equity to collect such sums, damages, costs, liabilities and Expenses.

  • Member shall at its own expenses, (i) use best efforts to promote, market and sell DBS Services to Committed Member Residences, (ii) participate in NRTC sponsored promotional and advertising campaigns and cooperate with NRTC in marketing tests and research, as reasonably requested by NRTC; (iii) respond promptly to all inquires about DBS Services; and (iv) use print, electronic and other media to promote the sale of DBS Services to the extent commercially practical.

  • NRTC shall be entitled to charge Member and Member shall pay NRTC a reasonable margin on the cost of providing DBS Services under this Agreement, as determined by NRTC's Board of Directors consistent with the exercise of good faith and sound business judgment.

  • NRTC shall assist Member in marketing and promoting DBS Services.

  • In the event a Subscriber subscribes to both DBS Services and DirecTv, NRTC and Member recognize that HCG shall also have proprietary interests in the subscriber information.

  • NRTC and Member each shall comply with all FCC and other governmental (whether international, federal, state, municipal, or otherwise) statutes, laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, codes, directives and orders of any such governmental agency, body, or court applicable to it regarding the provision of DBS Services.

Related to DBS Services

  • SaaS Services means software as a service consisting of system administration, system management, and system monitoring activities that Xxxxx performs for the Tyler Software, and includes the right to access and use the Tyler Software, receive maintenance and support on the Tyler Software, including Downtime resolution under the terms of the SLA, and Data storage and archiving. SaaS Services do not include support of an operating system or hardware, support outside of our normal business hours, or training, consulting or other professional services. • “SLA” means the service level agreement. A copy of our current SLA is attached hereto as Exhibit C.

  • Wireless services means any services, provided using licensed or unlicensed spectrum, including the use of Wi-Fi, whether at a fixed location or mobile.

  • Wireless services provider means a person who provides wireless services.

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Education Services means training services performed or delivered by Company.

  • Access Services refers to interstate and intrastate switched access and private line transport services.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Goods/Services means the goods and/or services detailed in the Purchase Order issued by Versuni Supplier; “Intellectual Property Rights” (or “IPR”) means all intellectual property rights of any nature applied for or existing anywhere in the world for their full term and together with any revivals, renewals or extensions. “Purchase Order” means the Versuni purchase order issued by Versuni to procure Goods/Services from the Supplier, to which these conditions are attached by reference;;

  • Program services means services that include all of the following provided they are pursuant to a program agreement: program needs assessment and development, job task analysis, curriculum development and revision, instruction, instructional materials and supplies, computer software and upgrades, instructional support, administrative and student services, related school to career training programs, skill or career interest assessment services and testing and contracted services.

  • Products/Services means the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance Partner.

  • Respite services means a temporary period of relief and support for individuals and their families provided in a variety of settings. The intent is to provide a safe environment with staff assistance for individuals who lack an adequate support system to address current issues related to a disability. Respite may be provided for a defined period of time; respite is either planned or provided in response to a crisis.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Communication Services means aeronautical fixed and mobile services to enable ground-to-ground, air-to-ground and air-to-air communications for ATC purposes;

  • Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").

  • Network Services means the equipment, software, and services necessary to transmit voice, data, or video.

  • Telecommunications Services means the offering of Telecommunications for a fee directly to the public, or to such classes of users as to be effectively available directly to the public, regardless of the facilities used.

  • Communications services means any service provided for the purpose of transmission of information including, but not limited to, voice, video, or data, without regard to the transmission protocol employed, whether or not the transmission medium is owned by the provider itself and whether or not the transmission medium is wireline. Communications service includes all forms of telephone services and voice, video, data or information transport, but does not include: (1) cable service; (2) open video system service, as defined in 47 C.F.R. 76; (3) private communications system services provided without using the public rights of way or private communications system services that use the public rights of way without imposing any additional burden on the public rights of way; (4) over-the-air radio or television broadcasting to the public-at-large from facilities licensed by the Federal Communications Commission or any successor thereto; and (5) direct-to-home satellite service within the meaning of Section 602 of the Telecommunications Act.

  • Information Services means the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board’s Electronic Municipal Market Access System; or, such other services providing information with respect to called municipal obligations as the District may specify in writing to the Paying Agent or as the Paying Agent may select.

  • Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application.

  • Telecommunication Services means the offering of Telecommunications for a fee directly to the public, or to such classes of users as to be effectively available directly to the public, regardless of the facilities used.
