DDoS Event definition

DDoS Event means an attempt from external sources to make Customer’s Internet-based services unavailable to its intended users as measured and determined by VM;
DDoS Event means a five (5) minutes or more surge in customer traffic of which at least 30%, measured in Mbps, is considered malicious by Incapsula. A DDoS Event shall be considered to have ended when for at least three (3) consecutive hours 10% or less, measured in Mbps, of the traffic is considered malicious by Incapsula.
DDoS Event means a Surge (as defined below) continuing for five (5) consecutive minutes or more, of which at least 30%, measured in Mbps, is considered malicious by Imperva. A DDoS Event shall be deemed to have ended when for at least three (3) consecutive hours, 10% or less of traffic to the Client website, measured in Mbps, is considered malicious by Imperva.

Examples of DDoS Event in a sentence

  • For customers that have purchased and configured the Infrastructure Monitoring Service, Incapsula shall send electronic, phone and text message alerts on a DDoS Event (as defined in section 1.H) occurring on the monitored infrastructure within fifteen (15) minutes from the beginning of the DDoS Event.

  • ii) Event means any event described in Section 11(a)(ii) hereof.

  • Disposition Event means any merger, consolidation or other business combination of the Corporation, whether effectuated through one transaction or series of related transactions (including a tender offer followed by a merger in which holders of Class A Common Stock receive the same consideration per share paid in the tender offer), unless, following such transaction, all or substantially all of the holders of the voting power of all outstanding classes of Common Stock and series of Preferred Stock that are generally entitled to vote in the election of Directors prior to such transaction or series of transactions, continue to hold a majority of the voting power of the surviving entity (or its parent) resulting from such transaction or series of transactions in substantially the same proportions as immediately prior to such transaction or series of transactions.

  • Specified Event has the meaning given to such term in the definition of “Consolidated EBITDA.”

  • Security Event means an immediately reportable subset of security incidents which incident would include:

  • Severe Disruption Event means any event specified as such in the Final Terms.

  • Change of Control Triggering Event means the occurrence of both a Change of Control and a Rating Event.

  • Default Event means an event or circumstance which leads Operator to determine that a Venue User is or appears to be unable or likely to become unable to meet its obligations in respect of an Order or Transaction or to comply with any other obligation under an Agreement or Applicable Law.

  • Knock-out Event means the event as defined in §4(4).

  • Delay Event means any event set out at Clause 5.19.4 [Delay Events].

  • Succession Event means an event such as a merger, consolidation, amalgamation, transfer of assets or liabilities, demerger, spin-off or other similar event in which one entity succeeds to the obligations of another entity, whether by operation of law or pursuant to any agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, “Succession Event” shall not include an event in which the holders of obligations of the Reference Entity exchange such obligations for the obligations of another entity, unless such exchange occurs in connection with a merger, consolidation, amalgamation, transfer of assets or liabilities, demerger, spin-off or other similar event.

  • Major Event means an event which is likely to pose a serious risk to public health in relation to medicinal products in more than one Member States. Such an event concerns a deadly threat or otherwise serious threat to health of biological, chemical, environmental or other origin or incident that can affect the supply or quality, safety, and efficacy of medicinal products. Such an event may lead to shortages of medicinal products in more than one Member State and necessitates urgent coordination at Union level in order to ensure a high level of human health protection.

  • Subsequent Triggering Event means either of the following events or transactions occurring after the date hereof:

  • Occurrence means an accident, including continuous or repeated exposure to substantially the same general harmful conditions.

  • Section 13 Event means any event described in clauses (x), (y) or (z) of Section 13(a) hereof.

  • Trigger Event shall have the meaning specified in Section 14.04(c).

  • FX Disruption Event ' means the occurrence of any event on any day or any number of consecutive days as determined by the Calculation Agent in its sole and reasonable discretion that affects the Issuer’s currency hedging (if any) with respect to the Products.

  • Benchmark Event means, with respect to an Original Reference Rate:

  • Company Termination Event means any of the following:

  • Change of Control Repurchase Event means the occurrence of both a Change of Control and a Below Investment Grade Rating Event.

  • Relief Event has the meaning set forth in Section 3.12.
