Dealing Services definition

Dealing Services means a service of the kind provided by Barclays Investment Solutions or Barclays Bank UK as described in Section B, Part 4, including Executing and Arranging transactions. Barclays Bank UK only Arranges and does not Execute transactions.

Examples of Dealing Services in a sentence

  • The Customer undertakes to ratify and confirm all and whatever acts the Bank and/or its nominees or agents shall do or cause to be done in connection with the Dealing Services, Facility Documents, Transactions, Transaction Documents or any Agreement on the Customer’s behalf in the event that the Bank and/or its nominees or agents acts on any Instructions given by or purported to be given by the Customer and/or its Authorised Persons.

  • You agree that you undertake to indemnify us in respect of any liabilities, costs, damages and losses incurred by us due to any transaction effected by you or by your omission or failure to undertake any action required of you under this Annex, the Terms of Business, the Securities Dealing Services Annex, applicable laws, Market Requirements and legal process.

  • The Bank, in providing the Dealing Services, shall only execute any Transaction or take any other step pursuant to the express Instructions from the Customer or its Authorised Persons.

  • In relation to all Market Transactions, we may enter into any Market Transaction on your behalf where we are also acting as principal on the other side of the transaction and by using the Securities Dealing Services or the Direct Market Access Services you consent to us doing so and authorise us to charge you brokerage, commission or any other fees in the amount disclosed to you from time to time in respect of such transactions.

  • BNPP AM has established a set of trading functions (which will continue to be aligned with those of BNP Paribas Dealing Services).

  • Clause 10.2 of the Terms of Business shall not apply in respect of Securities Dealing Services in the Thailand Market and the benefits derived from the deposit of any cash balances in any of your Account(s) shall belong to you.

Related to Dealing Services

  • Counseling services means services provided by qualified social workers, psychologists, guidance counselors, or other qualified personnel.

  • Training Services means access to Red Hat training courses, including online courses or courses provided at a site as may be agreed by the parties.
