Debenture Documents definition

Debenture Documents means each of the following documents:
Debenture Documents means this Indenture, the Debentures, the Subordination Agreement and all other certificates, instruments, notices, agreements and documents delivered or to be delivered pursuant to this Indenture, the Debentures or the Subordination Agreement, each as amended, modified, supplemented, restated or replaced from time to time;
Debenture Documents means (i) the Debenture Indenture, (ii) the Convertible Debentures, and(iii) all documentation relating to the foregoing.

  • The Company believes that the following risk factors may affect its ability to fulfil its obligations under the Debentures issued under the Debenture Documents.

More Definitions of Debenture Documents

Debenture Documents means (i) the Debenture Purchase Agreement and (ii) the Transaction Documents (as defined in the Debenture Purchase Agreement).
Debenture Documents means the Existing Debenture Documents and the New Debenture Documents, collectively.
Debenture Documents means this Agreement and each Debenture Certificate.
Debenture Documents means this Indenture, the Debentures and the Debenture Guarantees.
Debenture Documents means the Indenture and the other Collateral Documents (as defined in the Indenture) and each of the other agreements, documents and instruments providing for or evidencing any Debenture Obligation, and any other document or instrument executed or delivered at any time in connection with any Debenture Obligations, including any intercreditor or joinder agreement among holders of Debenture Obligations, to the extent such are effective at the relevant time, as each may be modified from time to time.
Debenture Documents means collectively the Transaction Documents, the Offer Documents, the Debenture Trustee Agreement, the consent letters issued by the Trustee, Registrar and Transfer Agent and Credit Rating Agency for inclusion of their respective details in the Information Memorandum, the rating letter from the Credit Rating Agency , the letters appointing the Registrar and Transfer Agent with respect to the issuance of the Debentures, the tripartite agreement entered among the Issuer, its Registrar and Transfer Agent and the Depository with respect to the issuance of the Debentures, the listing agreement between the Issuer and the Stock Exchange for listing the Debentures, all other documents in relation to the issuance of the Debentures, the in-principle listing approval from the relevant Stock Exchange (if any) and any other document designated as a Transaction Document by the Issuer and the Trustee (or the Debentureholders, as the case may be);
Debenture Documents means (i) that certain Securities Purchase Agreement dated as of March 26, 2008 between Lender and NAS and the Secured Redeemable Debenture issued by NAS to Secured Party in connection therewith and (ii) that certain Securities Purchase Agreement dated as of July 21, 2008 between Lender and NAS and the Secured Redeemable Debenture issued by NAS to Secured Party in connection therewith, and in each case, all other documents and instruments executed in connection with such documents.
