Debit Calling definition

Debit Calling means a presubscription or comparable service which allows an Inmate, or someone acting on an Inmate’s behalf, to fund an account set up though a Provider that can be used to pay for Inmate Calling Services calls originated by the Inmate;
Debit Calling means a calling arrangement that allows an inmate to pay for ICS from an existing or established account funded by the inmate.

  • Debit Card means a card issued by Us that allows the holder of the card to deposit cash and Instruments or withdraw cash from the Account through an ATM, authorize Transactions on the Account through an ATM, and that operates like an Instrument to purchase goods and services from Merchants or that can be used with Mobile Payment Services. A virtual Debit Card is the electronic equivalent of a Debit Card when used with Mobile Payment Services. All references to “Debit Card” in this Agreement include a virtual Debit Card registered for use with the Mobile Payment Service.

  • Prepaid wireless calling service means a telecommunications service that provides the right to utilize mobile wireless service as well as other non-telecommunications services, including the download of digital products delivered electronically, content and ancillary services, which must be paid for in advance that is sold in predetermined units or dollars of which the number declines with use in a known amount.

  • Debit means a charge or an amount of money somebody must pay. If we debit money to you or debit money to your account, that money is then added to the unpaid balance and the unpaid balance becomes larger. In this case “charge” and “debit” have similar meanings.

  • Working With Children Check or WWCC means the process in place pursuant to Relevant Legislation to screen an individual for fitness to work with Children.

  • Direct Debit means a payment service for debiting a payer’s payment account, where a payment transaction is initiated by the payee on the basis of the payer’s consent given to the payee, to the payee’s payment service provider or to the payer’s own payment service provider;

  • Post-paid calling service means the telecommunications service obtained by making a payment on a call-by-call basis either through the use of a credit card or payment mechanism such as a bank card, travel card, credit card, or debit card, or by charge made to a telephone number that is not associated with the origination or termination of the telecommunications service. A post-paid calling service includes a telecommunications service, except a prepaid wireless calling service, that would be a prepaid calling service except it is not exclusively a telecommunications service.

  • New Account means each charge account established pursuant to an Account Agreement between Centurion and any Person, which account is designated pursuant to Subsection 2.03(a) to be included as an Account and identified on an Account Schedule delivered pursuant to Sections 2.01 and 2.03.

  • Unallocated Account means the account maintained by us in your name on an Unallocated Basis pursuant to this agreement.

  • Support Call Process means the support call process applicable to all of our customers who have licensed the Tyler Software. A copy of our current Support Call Process is attached as Schedule 1 to Exhibit C.

  • Online Account means the Bank account from which you will be conducting transactions using a Service;

  • Outbound telephone call means a telephone call initiated by a telemarketer to induce the purchase of goods or services or to solicit a charitable contribution.

  • Client Account means the unique personalized account of the Client consisting of all Completed Transactions, Open Positions and Orders on the Platform, the Balance of the Client money and deposit/withdrawal transactions of the Client money. It is understood that the Company may use the term Trading Account or Account on its Website or communications, which shall mean your Client Account.

  • Account Manager means a Person that acts as an agent and attorney-in- fact to buy or sell Swaps via the SEF operated by BSEF in the name and on behalf of another Person. An Account Manager may also be a Participant.

  • Customer Account means an account carried by a Participant on behalf of a Customer.

  • Appropriate office of the state employment service system means the local office of the federal-state national system or public employment offices with assigned responsibility for serving the area where the employment opening is to be filled, including the District of Columbia, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands.

  • Subscription Accounting means an accounting of all subscriptions for Shares received and accepted by Broker as of the date of such accounting, indicating for each subscription the Subscriber’s name, social security number and address, the number and total purchase price of subscribed Securities, the date of receipt by Broker of the Cash Investment Instrument, and notations of any nonpayment of the Cash Investment Instrument submitted with such subscription, any withdrawal of such subscription by the Subscriber, any rejection of such subscription by Broker, or other termination, for whatever reason, of such subscription.

  • Additional Cardholder means the person you have authorised to use a prepaid card connected to your account, who you agree is authorised to undertake transactions on your behalf and who is also subject to these terms and conditions

  • Request for an accounting means a record authenticated by a debtor requesting that the recipient provide an accounting of the unpaid obligations secured by collateral and reasonably identifying the transaction or relationship that is the subject of the request.
