Debit Card means a card, including a Smart Card, issued by the Financial Institution that allows the holder of the card to deposit cash and/or Instruments or withdraw cash from the Account through an ATM, authorize Transactions on the Account through an ATM, and that operates like an Instrument to purchase goods and services from merchants.
Prepaid wireless calling service means a telecommunications service:
Debit means a charge or an amount of money somebody must pay. If we debit money to you or debit money to your account, that money is then added to the unpaid balance and the unpaid balance becomes larger. In this case “charge” and “debit” have similar meanings.
Direct Debit Request means the Direct Debit Request between Us and You.
Debit Day means the day that payment by You to Us is due.
Direct service means providing services to minor or vulnerable adult when the services are rendered in the physical presence of the minor or vulnerable adult. Services include, but are not limited to: providing individual services such as counseling, mentoring, job coaching, training, job search activities, testing or providing mental health and medical services to DWS customers. See Title 62A, Utah Human Services Code, Chapter 5, Services for People with Disabilities.
Custom Calling Features means a set of Telecommunications Service features available to residential and single-line business customers including call-waiting, call-forwarding and three-party calling.
Billing Account is the checking account from which all Service fees will be automatically debited.
Prepaid calling service means a telecommunications service:
Working With Children Check or WWCC means the process in place pursuant to Relevant Legislation to screen an individual for fitness to work with Children. Relevant checks and authority
Direct Debit means a payment service for debiting a payer’s payment account, where a payment transaction is initiated by the payee on the basis of the payer’s consent given to the payee, to the payee’s payment service provider or to the payer’s own payment service provider;
Post-paid calling service means the telecommunications service obtained by making a payment on a call-by-call basis either through the use of a credit card or payment mechanism such as a bank card, travel card, credit card, or debit card, or by charge made to a telephone number that is not associated with the origination or termination of the telecommunications service. A post-paid calling service includes a telecommunications service, except a prepaid wireless calling service, that would be a prepaid calling service except it is not exclusively a telecommunications service.
Credit/Debit Card means a thin plastic card that contains identification information, with the help of which the cardholder can pay for purchases and services, as well as withdraw cash from the account.
New Account means each charge account established pursuant to an Account Agreement between FSB and any Person, which account is designated pursuant to Subsection 2.03(a) to be included as an Account and identified on an Account Schedule delivered pursuant to Sections 2.01 and 2.03.
Running Account Bill means a bill for the payment of "On Account" money to the Contractor during the progress of work on the basis of work done and the supply of non-perishable materials to be incorporated in the work.
American Express Meeting Planner Account or “AMEX MPA” is the method by which all Master Account charges under this Agreement shall be settled with an American Express Meeting Planner Account or AMEX MPA number. The appropriate and authorized AMEX MPA number will be provided to the Contractor only when a final invoice is received, reviewed, and approved by the AOC, in accordance with the provisions of this exhibit.
Support Call Process means the support call process applicable to all of our customers who have licensed the Tyler Software. A copy of our current Support Call Process is attached as Schedule 1 to Exhibit C.
Online Account means the Bank account from which you will be conducting transactions using a Service;
Outbound telephone call means a telephone call initiated by a telemarketer to induce the purchase of goods or services or to solicit a charitable contribution.
ACH means automated clearing house transfers.
Credit Card Account means the Account of the Cardmember opened with Maybank for the purpose of this Agreement;
Client Account means the unique personalized account of the Client consisting of all Completed Transactions, Open Positions and Orders on the Platform, the Balance of the Client money and deposit/withdrawal transactions of the Client money. It is understood that the Company may use the term Trading Account or Account on its Website or communications, which shall mean your Client Account.
Debit Card Transaction means an electronic payment using a Card for the purchase of goods or services (which can include payment for CashBack), by a Cardholder, to a Retailer displaying the Visa logo and/or who is in the Visa Scheme.
Account Manager means a Person that acts as an agent and attorney-in- fact to buy or sell Swaps via the SEF operated by BSEF in the name and on behalf of another Person. An Account Manager may also be a Participant.
Customer Account means an account carried by a Participant on behalf of a Customer.
Appropriate office of the State employment service system means the local office of the federal-state national system or public employment offices with assigned responsibility for serving the area where the employment opening is to be filled, including the District of Columbia, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands.
