Debit time definition

Debit time means the amount of paid time off taken prior to the accrual of time in excess of the ordinary working hours prescribed for each category of employee.

  • Relevant Time means, with respect to any Interest Determination Date, the local time in the Relevant Financial Centre specified in the relevant Final Terms or, if no time is specified, the local time in the Relevant Financial Centre at which it is customary to determine bid and offered rates in respect of deposits in the Specified Currency in the interbank market in the Relevant Financial Centre and for this purpose "local time" means, with respect to Europe and the Euro-zone as a Relevant Financial Centre, 11:00 a.m. (Brussels time).

  • Rebalance Business Day means any day which is a, Exchange Business Day and also a day on which commercial banks and foreign exchange markets settle payment in the country in which the relevant Reference Asset is admitted to trading or any other day designated as a Rebalance Business Day by the Issuer.

  • Debit Balance means, as of any date, the dollar amount, if any, representing each of: (1) the aggregate Annual Charge, accrued in accordance with Section 3.4(g)(i); and (2) any Leveraged Principal Amount (together with any pro rata Interest Amounts determined in accordance with Section 3.4(g)(ii), if applicable), as reduced by any distributions recorded from ML Ventures Units recorded in a Participant’s Account in accordance with Section 3.4(e).

  • FX Valuation Date means the FX Calculation Date immediately following the respective Valuation Date.
