Settlement Time definition

Settlement Time means any time within two Business Days immediately following the Creation Order Date or the Redemption Order Date, as applicable.
Settlement Time. – means, with respect to a Transaction and a particular Business Day, the time on such Business Day as established by the Corporation in the Operations Manual and if no Business Day is specified, the time on the Business Day immediately following a trade day, a calculation date or a Coupon Payment Date, as applicable, as established by the Corporation in the Operations Manual, by which time Settlement of Gains and Losses, premium payments, all Margin requirements and all other payments in respect of such Business Day, trade day, calculation date or Coupon Payment Date must be submitted to the Corporation.
Settlement Time means: (i) in the case of subscriptions, the time by which funds representing subscription monies in respect of a subscription order must be received; and (ii) in the case of redemptions, the time by which funds representing redemption monies in respect of a redemption request shall be paid, as specified in the Relevant Supplement;

Examples of Settlement Time in a sentence

  • If by such Redemption Settlement Time the Managing Owner has not received from the redeeming Participant all Redemption Baskets comprising the Suspended Redemption Order, the Managing Owner will settle the Suspended Redemption Order to the extent of whole Redemption Baskets then received and any balance of the Suspended Redemption will be cancelled.

  • The Creation Basket will be credited to the Participant at the Settlement Time.

  • The Redemption Distribution shall be delivered through the DTC to the account of the Participant as recorded on the book entry system of the DTC at the Settlement Time.

  • The Redemption Baskets must be credited to an account at the DTC maintained by the Custodian along with the Transaction Fee on or before the Settlement Time.
