DECE definition

DECE shall have the meaning given in the preamble hereto.
DECE means Digital Entertainment Content Ecosystem (DECE) LLC, the developer of UltraViolet™ (“UV”).

  • DECE shall determine the length of time of such review period; provided, however, that in no event shall the review period be less than thirty (30) days.

  • The Content Protection System shall: be an implementation of one the content protection systems approved for UltraViolet services by the Digital Entertainment Content Ecosystem (DECE), or be an implementation of Microsoft WMDRM10 and said implementation meets the associated compliance and robustness rules, or be otherwise approved in writing by Licensor.

  • LICENSEE AND DECE AGREE TO ACCEPT SERVICE OF PROCESS IN ANY MANNER PERMITTED BY SUCH COURTS.

  • The Parties acknowledge that these provisions are an essential part of the bargain, without which DECE would not be willing to enter into this Agreement.

  • Decedent means a deceased individual.
