DECE Licensee definition

DECE Licensee means any Person that has entered into an agreement with DECE on substantially the same terms as this Agreement for the Specification. For the avoidance of doubt, agreements granted by DECE for the Specification that do not include patent licensing obligations, including, without limitation, evaluation agreements, are not substantially the same as this Agreement and are not sufficient to qualify a Person as a DECE Licensee under this Agreement. .

DECE Licensee means the following types of participants in the DECE Ecosystem, each of whom are required to enter into an applicable agreement with DECE: providers of digital entertainment content; retailers who sell digital entertainment content; implementers of client software or devices; locker access service providers who provide content playback devises; and digital service providers (such as DSP) who provide content to consumers on behalf of content providers. shall have the meaning set forth in the DSP Agreement.
