Decker Mine definition

Decker Mine means the approximately 12,000 acres of surface estate located in the northwestern section of the Powder River Basin in Big Horn County, Montana, adjacent to the border of Wyoming, permitted and operated as a surface coal mine that is owned and operated by Coal Side Debtors Decker Coal Company, LLC and Montana Royalty Holdings, LLC.
Decker Mine means East Decker, West Decker and Decker Opencut Mine.
