Declaration of Commerciality definition

Declaration of Commerciality means the written notice from the Concessionaire to the ANP declaring one or more Pools as a Commercial Discovery in the Concession Area, pursuant to paragraph 7.1.

  • Regulatory Approval Application means any application submitted to an appropriate Regulatory Authority seeking any Regulatory Approval.

  • MAA means a Marketing Authorization Application, in relation to any Product, filed or to be filed with the EMA (or equivalent national agency), for authorization to place a medicinal product on the market in the European Union (or any other territory).

  • Commercialization or “Commercialize” means activities directed to marketing, promoting, research and development as required, manufacturing for sale, offering for sale, distributing, importing or selling a product, including sub-licensing or sub-contracting of these activities.

  • Edible cannabis product means cannabis product that is intended to be used, in whole or in part, for human consumption, including, but not limited to, chewing gum, but excluding products set forth in Division 15 (commencing with Section 32501) of the Food and Agricultural Code. An edible cannabis product is not considered food, as defined by Section 109935 of the Health and Safety Code, or a drug, as defined by Section 109925 of the Health and Safety Code.

  • Clinical Trials means a controlled study in humans of the safety or efficacy of a Product, and includes, without limitation, such clinical trials as are designed to support expanded labeling or to satisfy the requirements of an Agency in connection with any Product Approval and any other human study used in research and Development of a Product.

  • Commercialization Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.

  • Marketing Approval means all approvals, licenses, registrations or authorizations of the Regulatory Authority in a country, necessary for the manufacture, use, storage, import, marketing and sale of a Product in such country.

  • Collaboration Patent Rights means Patent Rights claiming Collaboration Know-How.

  • Collaboration Patents means any and all Patents that claim or cover any of the Collaboration Know-How.

  • Development Approvals means all permits and other entitlements for use subject to approval or issuance by CITY in connection with development of the Property including, but not limited to: (a) general plan, general plan amendments, specific plans and specific plan amendments; (b) tentative and final subdivision and parcel maps; (c) conditional use permits and master plans; (d) zoning, zoning map amendments, and zoning text amendments; and, (e) grading and building permits.
