Initial Well definition

Initial Well means the well required to be drilled by the parties hereto as provided in Article VI.A.

Initial Well means the well licensed as ______________ / initial well to be drilled by the Parties hereunder.

• The Developer acknowledges that Operator has furnished Developer with the title opinions identified on Exhibit A, and other documents and information that Developer or its counsel has requested in order to determine the adequacy of the title to the Initial Well Locations and leased premises subject to this Agreement.

More Definitions of Initial Well

Initial Well means a well within the Aje Field, the drilling of which is commenced in accordance with and subject to the provisions of Section 3.1.
