Deed to Issuer definition

Deed to Issuer means the deed dated as of August 1, 2002 from the Company to the Issuer.
Deed to Issuer means the deed dated the Closing Date given by the Company to the Issuer conveying all of the Company's interest in the Fee Premises to the Issuer.
