Deeds of Confirmation definition

Deeds of Confirmation means the deeds of in respect of the existing Security Documents which will be creating second priority security over the relevant secured asstes.

  • Transaction Confirmation means a document, similar to the form of Exhibit A, setting forth the terms of a transaction formed pursuant to Section 1 for a particular Delivery Period.
