Other Deed definition

Other Deed means the "Deed" as defined in the Other Participation Agreement.

Examples of Other Deed in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the aforesaid, the Secured Obligations will not, in the absence of an express disapplication of clause 2.5(b) of the Framework Agreement, be secured by any Other Deed of Charge.

  • Exercise any other right or remedy available (i) hereunder, including, but not limited to, drawing upon the Letter of Credit, (ii) under any of the other Loan Documents, (iii) under any of the Other Deed of Trusts or (iv) at law or in equity.

  • Grantor makes this waiver for itself, for all persons and entities claiming through or under Grantor and for persons and entities who may acquire a lien or security interest on all or any part of the Subject Property and Collateral described in any or all of the Deed of Trust and the Other Deed of Trust, or on any interest therein.

  • The deed will include the CERCLA 120(h)(4) Covenant and Access Provisions and Other Deed Provisions.

  • Except as supplemented and/or modified by this Deed of Trust, all of the terms, covenants and conditions of the Other Deed of Trust and the other loan documents executed in connection therewith shall remain in full force and effect.

  • Grantor waives all rights to have all or part of the Subject Property and Collateral described in the Deed of Trust and/or the Other Deed of Trust marshalled upon any foreclosure of the Deed of Trust or the Other Deed of Trust.

  • Intercreditor Deed has the meaning ascribed to such term in clause 1.1 of the Senior Bridge Facilities Agreement.

  • Tax Deed means a tax deed prepared under section 379 and includes the title conferred by the registration of the tax deed.

  • Other Contract means any agreement entered into between the Contractor and the City that is (i) formed under the authority of MCC Ch. 2-92; (ii) for the purchase, sale or lease of real or personal property; or (iii) for materials, supplies, equipment or services which are approved and/or authorized by the City Council.

  • Bareboat Charter means the bareboat charter agreement to be executed by the Effective Date by the Borrower as owner and the Charterer as bareboat charterer.

  • SAQA means the South African Qualifications Authority;

  • Other Contractor means any party or parties having a direct Contract with the Employer for Work outside the scope of this Contract and shall include any Sub-Contractor of this “Other Contractor”

  • construction supervisor means a competent person responsible for supervising construction activities on a construction site;

  • Trust Deed means the Trust Deed dated December 9, 2002 of UTI Mutual Fund.

  • Parties to a Traineeship Scheme means the employer organisation and/or the employer and the union involved in the consultation and negotiation required for the approval of a traineeship scheme.

  • Facilities Agreement means the facilities agreement, dated as of September 17, 2012, entered into among the Issuer and certain of its Subsidiaries, the financial institutions and noteholders party thereto, Citibank International PLC, as new administrative agent, and the Security Agent, as such agreement may be amended, modified or waived from time to time.

  • RFP Documents means the following documents to be entered into by the parties to the respective agreements in connection with the supply of power:

  • LDA means a geographic area within the PJM Region that has limited transmission capability to import capacity to satisfy such area’s reliability requirement, as determined by the Office of the Interconnection in connection with preparation of the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan, and as specified in Reliability Assurance Agreement, Schedule 10.1.

  • Accession Deed means a document substantially in the form set out in Schedule 6 (Form of Accession Deed).

  • Existing ship means a ship which is not a new ship.

  • Construction Agreements means agreements to which Tenant is a party for Construction Work, rehabilitation, alteration, repair, replacement or demolition performed pursuant to this Lease.

  • Construction means any physical change or change in the method of operation (including fabrication, erection, installation, demolition, or modification of an emissions unit) which would result in a change in actual emissions.

  • Construction sign means a sign which identifies the architect, engineers, contractors and other individuals or firms involved with the construction of a building, or announces the character of the building or enterprise, which is erected during the building construction period.

  • Shipbuilding Contract means the shipbuilding contract dated 30 March 2011 and made between the Builder and the Borrower for the construction by the Builder of the Ship and its purchase by the Borrower as supplemented and amended from time to time;

  • Contract Documents means the documents listed in the Contract Agreement, including any amendments thereto.

  • Construction Schedule means a construction schedule indicating the planned start and completion dates of the major activities of the Work as set out in Appendix [ ], a future Appendix;

  • Traineeship Scheme means an approved traineeship applicable to a group or class of employees or to an industry or sector of an industry or an enterprise. A traineeship scheme shall not be given approval unless consultation and negotiation with the union upon the terms of the proposed traineeship scheme and the traineeship have occurred. An application for approval of a traineeship scheme shall identify the union and demonstrate to the satisfaction of the approving authority that the abovementioned consultation and negotiation have occurred.
