Deeds of Transfer definition

Deeds of Transfer means the notarial deeds of (i) transfer of the Shares to the Purchaser and (ii) transfer of the JV Co Shares to Vodafone, executed before the Notary;
Deeds of Transfer shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.3(a). ‘‘Designated Accounting Firm’’ shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(b).
Deeds of Transfer means any and all forms of assignment, stock powers, conveyance, notorial or other deeds of transfer necessary to assign and transfer complete title and necessary to transfer ownership of the Shares to Purchaser under applicable Legal Requirements.

More Definitions of Deeds of Transfer

Deeds of Transfer means, collectively, (a) the deed of transfer to be entered into between MPCo and Seller in order to publish at the Land Register the transfer of the Real Estate from MPCo to Seller pursuant to the MPCo Wind-Up and (b) the deed of transfer to be entered into between Seller and the Partnership in order to publish at the Land Register the transfer of the Real Estate from Seller to the Partnership pursuant to the Business Transfer; and "Deed of Transfer" means any one of them.
