Deemed Delivered Quantity definition

Deemed Delivered Quantity shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 5.9;
Deemed Delivered Quantity or “DDQ” shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 4.10;

Examples of Deemed Delivered Quantity in a sentence

  • For the purpose of this Agreement, the aggregate of the following items provided under Clause 4.11.1 to 4.11.2 shall constitute the Deemed Delivered Quantity with respect to a Year.

  • DDQ = Deemed Delivered Quantity, reckoned in the manner stated in Clause 4.10.

Related to Deemed Delivered Quantity

  • Scheduled Quantity means the net quantity of Gas (being the difference between receipt and delivery nominations) agreed by MDL and the Welded Party to pass through (or, in the case of a Notional Welded Point, be deemed to have passed through) the relevant Welded Point for a Day.

  • Net Invoice Price means the price paid by You for Your Vehicle including all factory fitted accessories and any discount given but excluding retailer fitted accessories, road fund licence, new vehicle registration fee, fuel, paintwork and / or upholstery protection kits, insurance premiums (including this Premium), warranty premiums and any such associated costs and any Negative Equity.

  • Contract Quantity means the total number shares, contracts or other units of the Underlying Instrument that the Client is notionally buying or selling;

  • Maximum Daily Quantity means the daily volume of Gas or Liquids, expressed in 103m3, identified in a Shipper's Interruptible Transportation Service Agreement that Transporter agrees to receive from Shipper under Toll Schedule Interruptible Full Path Service, Toll Schedule Interruptible Receipt Service or Toll Schedule Interruptible Delivery Service, as applicable.

  • Daily Quantity means the quantity of waste discharged during an operating day.

  • Warrant Share Delivery Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(d)(i).

  • Share Delivery Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4(c)(ii).

  • Purchase Order means the form or format a Customer uses to make a purchase under the Contract (e.g., a formal written purchase order, electronic purchase order, procurement card, contract or other authorized means).

  • Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.

  • Delivery Year means the Planning Period for which a Capacity Resource is committed pursuant to the auction procedures specified in Tariff, Attachment DD, or pursuant to an FRR Capacity Plan under Reliability Assurance Agreement, Schedule 8.1.
