Deemed Series D Issue Date definition

Deemed Series D Issue Date means with respect to each of the Series D Investors, the date on which such Series D Investor or its Affiliate fully paid to the Domestic Company the consideration for capital increase under the Capital Increase Agreement dated June 5, 2019.
