Defective Client Data definition

Defective Client Data means any file submitted by Client that is defective, corrupt, unreadable or incomplete or any data or file(s) or that do(es) not comply with the specifications or requirements provided by Invictus for Client Data or that contains incorrect data or information with respect to any User, including information regarding a User’s level of privileges or use rights that is inconsistent with the Subscription Tier ordered by Client.
Defective Client Data means any file submitted by Client that is defective, corrupt, unreadable or incomplete or any data or file(s) or that do(es) not comply with the specifications or requirements provided by lnvictus for Client Data or that contains incorrect data or information with respect to any User, including information regarding a User's level of privileges or use rights that is inconsistent with the Subscription Tier ordered by Client.

Examples of Defective Client Data in a sentence

  • Invictus will take reasonable measures to prevent such access or use of Client Data by the employees and contractors of Invictus except (i) to provide the Service and the technical support hereof, and to prevent or address Service or technical errors or problems, (ii) determine whether any file containing Client Data is or contains Defective Client Data, (iii) as compelled by law or a court, or (iv) as otherwise expressly permitted in this Agreement or by Client in writing.

  • Invictus shall have no obligation to provide the Service with respect to any Defective Client Data.

  • Version 3.0 (a) lnvictus shall have no obligation to provide the Service with respect to any Defective Client Data.

Related to Defective Client Data

  • Client Data means personal data of data subjects, such as your employees, associates or partners, that is provided to S&P Global Ratings during the provision by S&P Global Ratings of the Services to you, such as name, job title, name of employer, office email address, office physical address, internet protocol address, office telephone number and language selection (and excludes special categories of personal data);

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • Recovered material means waste materials and by-products recovered or diverted from solid waste, but the term does not include those materials and by-products generated from, and commonly reused within, an original manufacturing process.

  • Recovered materials means metal, paper, glass, plastic, textile, or rubber materials that have known recycling potential, can be feasibly recycled, and have been diverted and source separated or have been removed from the solid waste stream for sale, use, or reuse as raw materials, whether or not the materials require subsequent processing or separation from each other, but does not include materials destined for any use that constitutes disposal. Recovered materials as described above are not solid waste.

  • Contractor attributional/proprietary information means information that identifies the contractor(s), whether directly or indirectly, by the grouping of information that can be traced back to the contractor(s) (e.g., program description, facility locations), personally identifiable information, as well as trade secrets, commercial or financial information, or other commercially sensitive information that is not customarily shared outside of the company.

  • Custom Materials means Materials developed by the Supplier at the Procuring Entity's expense under the Contract and identified as such in Appendix 5 of the Contract Agreement and such other Materials as the parties may agree in writing to be Custom Materials. Custom Materials includes Materials created from Standard Materials.

  • Customer Content means all software, data (including personal data), information, text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-AVEVA or third-party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by Customer, any of Customer’s users, or on behalf of Customer that is stored in, or run on or through, the Products and Support Services.

  • Customer Usage Data means the Telecommunications Services usage data of a CLEC End User measured in minutes, sub-minute increments, message units, or otherwise, that is recorded by SBC-13STATE and forwarded to CLEC.

  • Specified Materials means the basic materials required on the Site for the execution and completion of Works, which shall include fuel and lubricants; cement; aggregates; steel reinforcement; timber and gravel.
