Defects Certificate definition

Defects Certificate means a compliance certificate within the meaning of section 6.4(e) of the Act to the effect that work the subject of a Defects Notice has been completed in accordance with the notice.
Defects Certificate means a certification issued by the undertaker certifying that defects relating to the works have been remedied;
Defects Certificate means the last certificate of completion of making good of defects issued in accordance with a Building Contract in respect of the OSD Works;
