Indemnitors has the meaning given to such term in Section 5(h).

Indemnitors shall have the meaning set forth in Section 11.2(a) hereof.

Indemnitors shall include their respective successors, assigns, heirs, executors and administrators. The word “include(s)” means “include(s), without limitation”, and the word “including” means “including, but not limited to”. This Agreement is subject to enforcement at law or in equity, including actions for damages or specific performance. Time is of the essence of each and every term and condition of this Agreement. The term “days” when used herein shall mean calendar days. If any time period ends on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday officially recognized by the state within which the Property is located, the period shall be deemed to end on the next succeeding Business Day.

Examples of Indemnitors in a sentence

The Company further agrees that no advancement or payment by the Indemnitors on behalf of any Indemnitee with respect to any claim for which an Indemnitee has sought indemnification from the Company shall affect the foregoing and that the Indemnitors shall have a right of contribution and/or be subrogated to the extent of such advancement or payment to all of the rights of recovery of such Indemnitee against the Company.
The Company and each Member agree that the Indemnitors are express third party beneficiaries of the terms of this Section 9.1(f).
