Deferred Affordable Housing definition

Deferred Affordable Housing means the Deferred Affordable Housing Units or the Deferred Affordable Housing Payment
Deferred Affordable Housing means the Deferred Affordable Housing Units or the Deferred Affordable Housing Payment "Deferred Affordable Housing Units" means Affordable Housing to be provided as part of the Development in addition to the Affordable Housing Dwellings to be provided pursuant to Schedule 12 of this Deed up to a maximum of [X] Dwellings (in addition to the [X] secured by Schedule 12) in accordance with the Deferred Affordable Housing Scheme "Deferred Affordable Housing Payment" means a sum of money representing the cost of providing additional Affordable Housing Off Site so as to increase the Affordable Housing provided by the Development above the figure of [X] Affordable Housing Dwellings secured through Schedule 12 of this Agreement up to a cap of fifty per cent (50%) of the Dwellings comprised within the Development to be agreed in writing with the District Council or determined by the Specialist "Deferred Affordable Housing Payment Notice" means a notice issued by the Owner or Developer to the District Council stating that the Owner or Developer is willing to pay the Deferred Affordable Housing Payment in accordance with this Schedule "Deferred Affordable Housing Scheme" means a scheme specifying the quantum, size and location of the Deferred Affordable Housing Units with reference to plans and drawings approved as part of the Application, which:-

Examples of Deferred Affordable Housing in a sentence

  • SCHEDULE 12 Form of Deferred Affordable Housing Notice This notice is the notice contemplated by paragraph ● of Schedule ● of a Deed dated ●and made between ● ● ● and The Mayor and Burgesses of the London Borough of Hounslow (the “Deed”).

  • If Scheme A were to include 20% of on-site affordable housing, and assuming that the surplus a result of such affordable housing went down to £450,000,000 the Deferred Affordable Housing Contribution would reduce to £50,000,000, i.e. the Surplus of £450,000,000 minus £400,000,000 comprising 80% of £500,000,000 (the surplus that would have arrived if there had been no on-site affordable housing).

  • The Deferred Affordable Housing Contribution would be calculated as 20% of£500,000,000, i.e. £100,000,000, but would be capped at the maximum of£87,000,000.If Scheme A was re-worked to incorporate 40% affordable housing on-site the Deferred Affordable Housing Contribution would be capped at zero.

  • Low Scenario A scheme (“Scheme C”) projects a surplus with no affordable housing of£50,000,000 in which case the Deferred Affordable Housing would be 20% of£50,000,000, i.e. £10,000,000.

  • In this case, the Deferred Affordable Housing Contribution would be 20% of £200,000,000 i.e. £40,000,000.

  • However the Deferred Affordable Housing Contribution would be capped at £20,000,000.

  • PROVIDED THAT it is hereby acknowledged and agreed that (save for any element of a Surplus which is applied to Deferred Affordable Housing) in relation to the application of the Borough Council's Surplus in accordance with this paragraph 5.1 of this Part 2 of Schedule 2, any monies shall first be applied to the Deferred Waste Contribution, only following full payment of which, such monies may be applied to the Deferred Swimming Contribution and/or a Deferred Affordable Housing Contribution.

  • Affordable housing means housing that is available at a cost low enough to meet the needs of eligible households having regard to local incomes and local house prices and which will remain at an affordable price for future eligible households or, if not, that the subsidy is recycled for alternative affordable housing provision

  • Affordable housing development means a development included in the Housing Element and Fair Share Plan, and includes, but is not limited to, an inclusionary development, a municipal construction project or a 100 percent affordable development.

  • Affordable Housing Units – means the Affordable Housing to be provided as part of the Development in accordance with the application and/or any subsequent reserved matters approval.

  • Affordable housing project means, for purposes of this part, title fourteen of article twenty seven of the environmental conservation law and section twenty-one of the tax law only, a project that is developed for residential use or mixed residential use that must include affordable residential rental units and/or affordable home ownership units.

  • Affordable Housing Cost means an amount satisfied by:

  • Affordable Unit means a housing unit proposed or created pursuant to the Act and approved for crediting by the Court and/or funded through an affordable housing trust fund.

  • Residential housing or "Residence" means a single-family, owner-occupied dwelling located within the State that qualifies for financing by the Authority within the meaning of the Act, the Rules and Regulations, the Code and related regulations.

  • Supportive housing means housing with no limit on length of stay, that is occupied by the target population, and that is linked to an onsite or offsite service that assists the supportive housing resident in retaining the housing, improving his or her health status, and maximizing his or her ability to live and, when possible, work in the community.
