Definitive Guidance definition

Definitive Guidance means, with respect to the United States, temporary or final Treasury regulations, a Revenue Ruling, Revenue Procedure or Notice issued by the IRS or a final decision of the United States Tax Court, and with respect to any other jurisdiction, any similar guidance.
