Examples of Definitive Note Certificates in a sentence

  • Mutilated or defaced Definitive Note Certificates must be surrendered before replacements will be issued.

  • Except as provided in Section 2.4(c) below, beneficial owners of a Global Note shall not be entitled to have Definitive Note Certificates registered in their names, will not receive or be entitled to receive physical delivery of Definitive Note Certificates and will not be registered holders of such Global Notes.

  • Certificated Note means a Note in registered individual form without interest coupons.

  • Definitive Trust Certificates shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.10.

  • Note Certificate means a certificate issued to each Registered Holder in respect of its registered holding of Notes;

  • Class A-S Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed and authenticated by the Certificate Administrator or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-8 hereto.

  • Global Certificates Any Certificate registered in the name of the Depository or its nominee.

  • Physical Notes means permanent certificated Notes in registered form issued in denominations of $1,000 principal amount and integral multiples thereof.

  • Definitive Warrant means a Warrant Certificate in definitive form that is not deposited with the Depositary or with the Warrant Agent as the Warrant Custodian.

  • Global Notes Legend means the legend set forth under that caption in the applicable Exhibit to this Indenture.

  • Global Note shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.05(b).

  • Regulation S Global Certificates As defined in Section 5.02(c)(i) of this Agreement.

  • Book-Entry Preferred Securities Certificates means a beneficial interest in the Preferred Securities Certificates, ownership and transfers of which shall be made through book entries by a Clearing Agency as described in Section 5.11.
