Degradation Rate definition

Degradation Rate means any positive amount calculated in accordance with the following formula, expressed as a percent: Degradation Rate = (Nominal Power Output-Actual Power Output)/Nominal Power Output×100% In the first year following the Warranty Start Date, the applicable maximum Degradation Rate of Modules set forth at Table 1.
