DEHP Free. Covered Products shall mean Covered Products containing materials or other components that may be handled, touched or mouthed by a consumer, and which materials or other components are confirmed to contain less than or equal to 1,000 parts per million (“ppm”) of DEHP through Testing by a certified U.S. laboratory.‌
