DEHP Free definition

DEHP Free. Covered Products shall mean Covered Products containing materials or other Accessible Components all of which are confirmed to contain less than or equal to 1,000 parts per million (“ppm”) of DEHP through laboratory chemical concentration testing, of a random selection of no less than .1% of the products in any order or shipment, by a NVLAP accredited U.S. laboratory.
DEHP Free means that any accessible component of the Products contains DEHP in
DEHP Free. Products shall mean Products containing no more than 0.1 percent (1,000 parts per million) of the Listed Chemical when analyzed pursuant to Environmental Protection Agency testing methodologies 3580A and 8270C, or equivalent methodologies utilized by federal or state agencies for the purpose of determining the presence of the Listed Chemical in a given sample.
