Delayed Data definition

Delayed Data means Data that is disseminated more than fifteen minutes after initial dissemination by Turquoise but before midnight on the day of its original dissemination; ‘’Device’’ means any terminal (fixed or portable), display unit, or any other piece of apparatus which may receive or display (whether concurrently or otherwise) the Data, whether in whole or in part;
Delayed Data means Real-time Data that has been subjected to a delay by the Data Recipient of at least 15 minutes from the time it was transmitted by the Exchange.
Delayed Data means a situation where a trading venue has not made data available

Examples of Delayed Data in a sentence

  • End users include natural persons with access to the Real Time Data and/or the Delayed Data via the distributor.

  • As ‘best practice’, where a Redistributor knows another entity is supplying London Stock Exchange or Borsa Italiana Data including Delayed Data without the appropriate authorisation they should inform the Exchanges immediately.

  • This shall apply to Delayed Data and Real-time Data in any case, even if they are not freely accessible.

  • Where a real time licence for the redistribution of a Data Group is held, this licence also covers the redistribution of Delayed Data on one Website for the same level and Data Group.

More Definitions of Delayed Data

Delayed Data means Aquis Data that is delayed by at least 15 minutes;
