Remarketing Settlement Date means the date of the settlement of any Successful Remarketing, which will be three Business Days after such Remarketing.
Delayed Draw Funding Date means the date occurring on or after the Effective Date upon which all of the conditions to funding the Delayed Draw Term Loan set forth in Section 6.02 are satisfied and the Delayed Draw Term Loan is funded.
Final Settlement Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(c).
Monthly Settlement Date means the 25th day of each calendar month (or if such day is not a Business Day, the next occurring Business Day).
Cash Settlement Date means, for each Financially Settled Futures Transaction, the Business Day determined by Exchange from time to time in accordance with industry practice for such Transaction, as posted on Exchange’s Website not less than one month prior to the occurrence of such date, other than Invoices issued as a result of a Contracting Party’s Default or under the Close- out Procedure which amounts require payment immediately;
Delayed Closing Date means the date, set in accordance with section 3, on which the Vendor agrees to Close, in the event the Vendor cannot Close on the Firm Closing Date.
Class A-1 Final Distribution Date has the meaning set forth in the Sale and Servicing Agreement.
Class A-2 Final Scheduled Payment Date means the Payment Date occurring in February 2020.
Loan Payment Date means any date on which any Bond Service Charges are due and payable.

Individual Settlement Payment means the amount payable from the Net
Class A-1 Final Scheduled Payment Date means the Payment Date occurring in August 2024.
Class A-4 Final Scheduled Payment Date means the June 16, 2025 Payment Date.
Class A-3 Final Distribution Date means the November 15, 2019 Distribution Date.
Class A-4 Final Distribution Date means the July 15, 2020 Distribution Date.
Class A-3 Final Scheduled Payment Date means the Payment Date occurring in April 2027.
Early Settlement Date has the meaning specified in Section 5.9(a).
Class Prepayment Distribution Trigger For a Class of Subordinate Certificates for any Distribution Date, the Class Prepayment Distribution Trigger is satisfied if the fraction (expressed as a percentage), the numerator of which is the aggregate Current Principal Amount of such Class and each Class of Subordinate Certificates subordinate thereto, if any, and the denominator of which is the Scheduled Principal Balance of all of the Mortgage Loans as of the related Due Date, equals or exceeds such percentage calculated as of the Closing Date.
Delayed Payment Interest Rate means the national average annual rate of interest payable on jumbo six-month bank certificates of deposit, as quoted in the business section of the most recently published Sunday edition of The New York Times preceding the Executive’s separation from service.
Call Settlement Date means the fifth Business Day following the last Index Business Day in the Call Measurement Period.
Daily Settlement Amount for each of the 40 consecutive Trading Days during the Observation Period, shall consist of:
